10. Perfects and Rules

Draco was hating this he was a Perfect and all that along with Pansy Parkinson, from Ravenclaw you had Anthony Goldstien and Padma Patil, from Hufflepuff you had Ernie Macmillan and Hannah Abbott and lastly for Gryffindor you had Neville Longbottom and for some unknown reason most likely from one Albus Dumbledore ex head master of Hogwarts School.

Neville had come a long way when Severus wasn't breathing down his neck in class the boy's confidence had grown by leaps and bounds and everyone could see it and remarked how he had improved with his lessons.

It was namely thanks to Harry coming into the Professor's life and that he had a new wand after the Founders had talked to his grandmother regarding the issue and after a few more talks and lessons on why it was bad to use someone elses wand she relented and finally got him his own wand.

Mind you he was still quiet and shy and you could always see him with Luna Lovegood as she could see who he was meant to be as well as spending time in the green houses with Professor Sprout as that was where he really flourished, he had a way with the plants that Pomona had given him his own plot in her green house for him to work in.

"Can't we start already we are already fifteen minutes behind?" said Hannah to the others in he room as they waited for Hermione of all people there wasn't much homework as the school term had just started and everyone was in Tom's office waiting for Hermione, the Heads of Houses and the Founders.

"Why d we have to keep waiting for Granger of all things?!" said Ernie only to stop when Hermione came crashing into the room holding a bunch of parchments in her hands.

She dumped them onto Tom's desk spilling his coffee everywhere all over his important documents, he sighed at it all he knew he could replace them.

Hermione pulled some parchment out and unfurled it so then the others could see it and on it listed the rules for the perfects.

Rules for Perfects

1. Perfect's can takes points from students
2. Perfects can give detentions to students
3. Perfects must patrol the halls by their dorms
4. Perfects must patrol the Hogwarts express to and from the school
5. Perfects can use the Perfect's bathroom, password is changed termly- don not give it out
6. Perfects must be on time for meetings
7. Perfects must obey Head Boy/Girl
8. Perfects must show first years to their dorms
9. Perfects supervise decorating of the castle
10. Perfects must watch younger years when weather is bad
11. Perfects can not take points or assign detentions to other houses

Rules for Perfects
by Hermione Jean Ganger, 5th year Perfect, Gryffindor.

1. Must listen to Headmaster Dumbledore and not the false Headmaster
2. Make sure everyone is accounted for
3. Must do their homework on time
4. Don't listen to the Fakes aka Founders they aren't who they say they are
5. Must wear uniform correctly-  don't scruffy
6. Eat a well balanced diet- this will set a good example- list will be given
7. Must use certain quills that are up to Headmaster Dumbledore's standards
8. Must use black ink that are up to Headmaster Dumbledore's standards.

These rules need and will be followed as set out by Headmaster Dumbledore, he is the Headmaster and has to be obeyed, not this false Headmaster.

Everyone looked over the rules and they each understood the rules of the Perfects and the Founders were happy with them as well but the ones that Hermione had given them were laughable because the sounded ridiculous if you asked them it was more of how she wanted them to act and who to follow and it wasn't Tom or the Founders for that matter.

"Granger you can't be serious with these rules you've made up" said Pansy as she made a paper ball out of the parchment with Hermione's rules on.

"Yes they are the rules what Headmaster Dumbledore wants and we need to follow them Pug Face!" said Hermione to Pansy.

"These rules are stupid! I for one won't be following these eight rules that you have made up" said Anthony to her dropping the parchment on the floor.

"You want us to follow these and you couldn't even follow one of your own rules that doesn't make sense so you want us to follow them but now you" said Hannah to her.

"Yes these rules are important and must be followed along with our normal school rules as well as our Perfect rules, these are what Headmaster Dumbledore wants and what he wants he gets!"  she stumped her foot like a toddler which made Godric laugh at her out right.

"Oh and you can shut up you're not part of the school get out of here and the the fake with you, he's not our headmaster only Headmaster Dumbledore should be here!"

This time all the Founders laughed at her.

Helga stepped forward and got into her face she may of been small but she could scare anyone out right.

"Oh please girl, if Tomas here was a fake our Hogwarts would of kicked him out right at the begining  like she did when it came to light just how dark Dumbledore was.

Our castle knows and keeps who they want here besides some to be honest but we are working on it all and it will take a bit of time but it will all work out" said Helga making the teenagers pale at the Founder while Salazar hid behind Rowena as it was said in a sickly sweet manner that scare him shitless.

"Helga be nice she's only fifteen, play nicely" said Rowena to her follow Founder "plus you're scaring Sal again".

"Hide me!" said Salazar from behind her.

"These rules have to be obeyed they are Headmaster Dumbledore's!" screamed Hermione to them.

"Who appointed her as Perfect again?" asked Godric to them all serious like (no pun intended here).

The Head of Houses and Tom looked at him as if to say it wasn't us and so he went to look into the 'Book' that recorded the staff members and the like.

"It seems that the Bee has had fun with this but it doesn't say anything else besides making her a Perfect, the ink looks to be a few years old at least" and he ran a scan "yes this is stated at least three years old meaning he planned this to happen sadly we can't over ride this even if we tried sadly jut like with Pinky as it was planned before us coming back" and he sighed he hated these types of things.

"Headmaster Dumbledore will be ob..." a silencing charm was placed on her by none other than Severus.

"Thank Merlin she was given me a headache, you seven can go now and just follow the normal rules of being a Perfect ok don't worry about Miss Granger's rules" he sighed this year wasn't going as planned either but he was going to follow his husband Tom and the Founders.
