A few weeks into the year the Daily Prophet landed in almost everyone's breakfast but one did land which happened to be Umbridge's breakfast which she wasn't pleased about and muttered under her breath about mail wards as well as checking everyone's mail that would show everyone that she meant business.
On the front page was the head line of:
Mass Outbreak of Azkaban and Truth Revealed?!

You heard it from me folks of the Great British Isles, there had been a massive outbreak of our high security prison known to man! Azkaban had been broken into of all things!
The outbreak happened would you believe it or not Halloween of all things? what is the world coming to if things like this keep happening on the 31st October.
How you ask no one knows we have just heard about this ourselves at the Daily Prophet, it appears that someone or something attacked the side of the prison with over powered Bombarda Maxima spell, you heard it here yes the Blasting Curst was used but for what reason could someone want break into the prison and not out?
We all know that the 'Death Eaters' are no more since that fateful night of 1981 when He-Shall-Not-Be-Named killed the Potter's and left Hadrian Jameson Severus Snape back then Harry James Potter an orphan at the tender age of only fifteen months old.
Thanks to Headmaster Tomas Malakai Sötétség, Headmaster of Hogwarts and Hungarian Lawyer; had petitioned for them to be all retrialed under Veritaserum and it turned out that most of the so called 'Death Eaters' were under many potions and charms to make them commit their horrendous crimes that they were sentenced for.
Bellatrix LeStrange nee Black is one of the many 'Death Eaters' that was found innocent, yes you heard it here she is completely innocent, it showed up in tests and scans that she was under the Imperius Curse to attack the Longbottom's on that fateful Halloween night.
From what she said under Veritaserum was that she was at home with her husband Rodolphus Lestrange, her brother in law Rabastan Lestrange and the Malfoy family as she had just broken the news to him that they were expecting their first child together, she had only just found out earlier that day in fact so it was a very joyous occasion to all those involved, she even proved paperwork from the Goblin's themselves as she wanted to set up an account for the child as she was well in her way of the first trimester.
It was only as she was being arrested after 'tormenting' the Longbottom's; Alice and Frank; into insanity that she knew something wasn't right but she couldn't recall it and sadly someone had hit her with a curse making her lose her child, it broke her and then within the years that followed in Azkaban as well as the 'Black Madness' which we still don't understand what that means but I will keep searching for it, I swear to you the good people of this Noble Empire I will find out the truth.
The others that have been found innocent are the Lestrange siblings Rodolphus and Rabastan, Antonin Dolohov, Augustus Rockwood, Bartemius Crouch Jr., Richard Crabbe, Peter Goyle, Timothy Nott, Evan Rosier and lastly Igor Karakaroff.
They have all proven to be innocent via Veritaserum and goblin magic as well as Lady Magic as well, they have all be given an pardon, please welcome them back into society after they have their sessions at St. Mungo's with their appointed Mind Healers.
Sirius Black has also been cleared of his name and has been put under House Arrest via his cousin Narcissa Malfoy nee Black to look after him as it proved that one Peter Fitzgerald 'Wormtail' Pettigrew was the Secret Keeper of the Potter's and not Sirius Black, under Veritaserum as well he told them the whole story of how ex Headmaster Dumbledore knew he was innocent but he went against everything and sentenced the once proud Lord Black to Azkaban for the next thirteen years of his life.

Hermione wasn't happy Dumbles had told her and every other member of this 'Oder' that the 'Death Eaters' would be staying put where he made sure to send them like he did with Sirius Black, he was meant to be in Azkaban how in Merlin was he still out and now the 'Death Eaters' as well no one was following Dumbles plans and she was afraid that if she couldn't get Harry to follow was well she would be punished as well.
She jumped up and screamed making everyone look at her "this can't be right they should all stay there where they belong just like Black! he should of been caught!"
The Founders sighed she was going to be a pain yet again over this.
"Headmaster Dumbledore put them in there for a reason! why are they being allowed out and being released to the world they are dangerous! I will be speaking to the Minister over all of this" turns to the head table and glared at Tom.
"This is your fault you are a fake and I demand that you step down from this position and let Headmaster Dumbledore back where he belongs you are nothing but a fake just like those fakes behind you, get out of the school right now!" she pulled her wand on the teachers making all the student hide under the tables as they didn't want to get in the cross fire if there was one which they hoped there wasn't.
"Miss Granger detention for pulling your wand on the staff of Hogwarts" said Filius to her as he summoned her wand sighing he didn't like where she was going with this Tom had gotten the spot due to what Albus had been doing before hand and just because she didn't like it she demanded everyone follow her rules.
"Give me back my wand!" she went to get it only for Poppy to cast a stunner at her.
"I am sorry about that but she was just getting too annoying and I think everyone would just like to get back to their breakfast" and she picked up her cup of tea and took a sip and sighed she was happy to finally have a sip of her tea.
"Remind me not to get her mad at me" said Tom to Minerva who in turn nodded.
Soon the students left the hall and headed to their lessons Filius had given Pomona Hermione's wand as the stupid girl had Herbology first thing and everyone knew that the woman would be giving the girl the most disgusting plant to work with.

I know the breakout didnt happen until january 1996 but i needed it to be moved forward for other things

the other death eaters are staying there in azkaban thats for sure, i've kind picked ones that i kinda like and i thought to give vincent, greg and theo their fathers back so....
