33. One Must Go

"Ah Severus my boy I see you have come to help me get young Mr Potter back to his loving and doting parents" said Dumbles hoping that his once spy would come back to him like he should do, he made sure that the spell he had used when the man was but a boy obeyed him but the look on the other man's face told him other wise.

"You think that stupid, irrelevant, insignificant spell would work on me after I managed to get a full magical cleansing?! you arse hole to try and make me do something like going against my will I will never let you control me!" he was deadly calm as he walked towards the wizard he once thought of a mentor all his life until he learnt the truth of Harry.

"My boy now, now I have no idea what you are on about I just want to protect young Harry here after all it was lovely Lilly that saved him that dreadful night all those years ago!" he hoped that using Lilly like he normally did would work on the man but all he got was a curse sent his way by that stupid animal of the brats.

"Leave him alone, I get dibs as it's my human you are targeting" growled Otiz to Severus as he glared at Dumbles.

"I know you get dibs as you call it but he hurt MY son and he still is, he has hurt everyone that I care about".

Dumbles was shocked he made sure that he used suggestions with Severus to bend him to his fucking god damn will and here he was disobeying him, the great and powerful Albus Dumbledore! how could it come down to this he didn't know but he had to bring the damn brat to his side even if that meant killing these two idiots he would do it and then he would be seen a the most powerful wizard around after all he did 'defeat' Grindelwald.

"Touch the boy old man and I will bite that fucking hand off" said Otiz as Dumbles walked towards Harry who was laying on the floor unconscious but Dumbles didn't listen and picked Harry up by his hair and smiled crazily as he licked the boys cheek.

"So much power wasted on this brat I should of killed him when he was a baby instead of sending Tom after him" he sighed "oh well good bye Harry" and he pulled his want to the boys chest and he was about to cast the spell...

"Avada Ke..." when his wand went flying out of his hand, yes the Elder wand the most powerful wand was now on the floor.

Out of the darkness people appeared but it was people that he knew that was once with his original order, who he saw was:

Molly
Arthur
Bill
Charlie
The damn twin Fred and George, to this day he still couldn't work out who was who

Sirius Black
Remus Lupin
Minerva McGonagall
Nymphadora Tonks
Kingsley Shacklebolt
Alastor Moody

But what he didn't think of was then seeing Tom standing there was some stupid kids of all things it looked he only had seven of them but still enough to get passed them it seems... oh lookie little Death Eaters it seemed.

Surprisingly he saw two others that shocked him why in Merlin's holy earth was Neville Longbottom and Luna Lovegood doing here, Neville was the scapegoat that he would be using if he couldn't get to Harry, mind you the first brat was better off dead while he could work on the Longbottom brat.... needs must, the Lovegood child was nothing but an air head to him and was nothing but a waste of a witch after all she took after her parents who were just as crazy

He looked around and licked Harry again and threw him at the nearest person which happened to be Tonks and she too ended up on the floor as Dumbles unbound the three idiots of his.

'Stupid brats can't do anything for themselves it seems' he thought to himself as he twirled his wand in his hands, no one knew when he had picked it up.

"Ah my friend it seems these idiots knocked you out of my dear hands, it's ok precious I will protect you but first..." he fired off a spell.

"INCENDIO!" he whipped his wand around creating a circle of fire around him, he smiled as he walked towards the others, they didn't move as they didn't want to bring harm to the children that was with him.

"That bastard using those three as a shield" said Charlie to him, he had a dragon on his shoulders he was only there to help the goblins and their dragons but he was brought to the Ministry to file some paper work plus get a Portkey to return to Romania when he notice trouble.

"You're.."

"...telling.."

"..us brother" stated the twins no joking in their voices knowing this was meant to be serious.

"How do we stop him" said Blaise he knew not to go any further as he really didn't want to get caught in the fight but if he and his friends had to the would.

"Stay close to me, draw your wands just in case" said Tom as he looked at the advancing old coot that was once his mentor and somewhat of a father figure in his life.

Dumbles smiled as he advanced whipping his wand to make sure no one could get to him but it was in vain to be honest as they all ended up at the fountain where everyone could see that Dumbles was doing everything to hurt and maim everyone he could he just didn't care.

Fudge looked at everyone gathered and was shocked that the once powerful wizard known as Albus Dumbledore was attacking children of all things while the adults around him did everything they could to protect them and soon an all out battle was taking place.   

Tom tried to shield Severus but he wasn't having any of it and actually kicked Tom in the crown jewels.

"Don't make me do it again Tom Marvolo because I will he has our son, attacked him and I don't care if I'm pregnant I am well within my rights to attack that fucking bastard!" 

Tom paled Severus would never swear out loud so... he got up from the floor kissed him fully on  the lips, "I love you" and he shot a spell out at Dumbles who reflected it making the older man smile insanely.

Fudge and the members of the Ministry saw the battle everything around them crashing, banging and shattering around them, they ducked for cover Tonks made sure that Harry was covered but didn't really have to as Otiz was now in animal form standing over them.

"He'll be find Tonks leave him and head to battle my human will live" said Otiz as she got up only to trip before she headed off into battle.

A scream was heard as a spell was shot off at Sirius before Remus could get to him, it was the one spell that they didn't want to use it was the Killing Curse shot at him.... Sirius Black was now dead....
