Jermaine

Nothing is better than waking up next to Stefany in New york. I bring myself close to her and plant a kiss on her forehead. She moves her face away from me.

"Wake up, baby girl." I say as I admire her beautiful sleeping face.

She fans me away. "Let me sleep. You had me up all night." She mumbles.

I chuckle as I get out of bed and head over to the little iPod adapater on my nightstand. I place my iPod five on it and hit shuffle on my playlist.

A song by Nas begins to play. Nas is one of my favorite rappers that influenced my music. I rap along to the song as I go for my suitcase in serach for my gray sweater and dark blue jeans.

An annoyed grunt comes from Stefany as I change my clothes.

"Play something better. Don't bore me with all that, Nas." She says, making a sour face.

My mouth drops open. "That's offensive! Nas is my nigga. You should know I got some of my inspiration from him."

"Oh whatever." She says waving me off.

"You're lucky you're my girl and I love you. I would never forgive you for calling Nas boring." I say as I pick up my cologne from the dresser and spray some on myself.

I drift my eyes around my walls. They're decorcated with posters of biggie, tupac, nas, jay z, and a few others. My room brings back good memories of my old home in forest hills drive.

It's probably one of the most mermoriable moments of my life.

It's the house I started doing this whole rap shit.

Stefany is fully dressed twenty minutes later. I can't take my eyes off her when she's in front of me.

I love those sexy dimples on her cheeks when she smiles.

"What?" She questions me.

I shake my head. "It's nothing but your gorgeous face."

She giggles. "Thank you baby."

I smile in response. "Come on, we better get going."

We load in my grey benzes. I only drive my own car whenever i'm in New York.

"I need to make a stop by forest hills drive my trip to north carolina." I say randomly.

"The house you grew up in?" She questions as she clicks her seat belt in place.

I nod. "I need to take care of a few things before I can carry on with my plan."

I bought my childhood home back and every three years I will give someone new the opportunity to live in it rent free. It could help someone out a lot.

"That's thoughtful and sweet. I really like your plan. You would easily better those peoples lives."

"That's what i'm hoping for." I speak as I pull out of the driveway.

It's quiet for five minutes and she breaks it the silence.

"Baby, I never bothered to ask. Who else is performing tonight?" She asks curiously.

"Jhene Aiko, August Alsina, Chris Brown, ASAP Rocky, The Roots, Trey Songz, The Weeknd, and Erykah Badu."

There was a long pause as if I said something she didn't want to hear. "Oh." She says.

I don't think too deeply about it.

My main focus is spending time with her before my performance.
