MLP EG and TMNT (2012) Crossover

Prologue

This story relies on your imagination and childhood, as I take you into three worlds you have seen on TV and other possible devices once before. Let me take you on a journey into those worlds. But first, let me take you through a little backstory onto how these three groups managed to do what they do now.

One world where there are magical powers brought on by a princess once a pony who was from a land called Equestria. Five girls who were broken apart by a pony/human named Sunset Shimmer, who was the one who brought Princess Twilight's crown into the human world in the first place. And who was Princess Celestia's student before Twilight became Celestia's student. Princess Twilight, who followed Sunset into the human world, was now on a mission given to her by Princesses Celestia and Luna, to get her crown back. And that mission involved getting the human versions of her friends in Equestria to help her, albeit they were not close because of Sunset. Once Twilight and the human versions of her friends managed to defeat Sunset, who turned into a she-demon after putting on Twilight's crown, Twilight gave her a second chance, and allowed the human versions of Applejack, Rarity, Flutter Shy, Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie to give her some lessons of how friendship works.

Then a few months later, Twilight is called to the human world once again, by Sunset Shimmer, since Sunset was given a magical book to be able to write to Twilight about what's been going on in the human world, when she hears from Sunset that the Dazzlings, who are magical sirens from the pony realm and were banished by a pony named Starswirl the Bearded, are trying to take over the school. Her and the rest of the Mane 7 do everything they can in order to save their school, but Rarity, AppleJack, Flutter Shy, Pinkie Pie, and Rainbow Dash unfortunately succumb to the Dazzlings' powers by fighting and allowing the Dazzlings to obtain some of their powers. And this time, they not only used the power of magic, but also music, to be able to manage to defeat the Dazzlings.

Then the Mane 6, excluding Princess/Pony Twilight, try to beat their rival school, Crystal Prep, in a set of games, called the Friendship Games, and only happens every four years, only to find out that Twilight has a human doppelganger (which Pinkie had managed to predict in the first movie, just keep that in mind-) that goes to said rival school. It wasn't until the end that human Twilight is forced by her headmistress to use the magic Twilight had collected and was turned into Midnight Sparkle. Sunset, learning from her mistakes in the past, also uses the thing that Twilight had used to try and stop Twilight from becoming something she's not, to become a being that wasn't like what she became before.

Then during the summer (I think-), the Mane 7, including human Twilight, go to a camp, hoping to have a few weeks where they don't have to face any more magical demons, or just any magic in general. Only for that to not come true, and the Mane 7 all got new magical abilities and suits. All because of seven crystals that were not apparently just connected to an ancient being of the land, but it was also connected to the Mane 7 themselves, since the colours of the crystals were the colours of the Mane 7. The camp counsellor that invited them and the rest of their school, ended up being the villain for the Mane 7 to beat, which they did. Her reason for being said villain: the camp was being shut down, and she needed something to be able to keep the camp afloat and in business.

Now the Mane 7 help to fight both potential magical beings, other crimes and bad people with their magical abilities. And are willing to help others in need, as they believe in the magic of friendship.

The second world however, is full of mutant animals whose sole purpose is to protect citizens without being detected. Except by a few people, who are now their friends, and help them whenever they can.

Four mutant turtles with ninja fighting skills, as well as were named after Italian renaissance painters by their father, who happens to be a rodent also heavily skilled in ninjutsu as well. They were turned into these beings by a substance called mutagen, an agent that can either chemically or physically change a person, place, or thing (just letting you guys know and anyone can fact check this on Google, mutagen is an actual thing in science by the way-). The turtles were originally actually turtles, and their father, master Splinter, was a human, changed when leaving a pet shop with the turtles, when he decided to follow and was attacked by a group of men that he later found out were members of an alien group named the Krangg. 

They've also been through a lot as well, as not only did they have to fight their father's enemy, who was also his adopted brother, they made their way through an alien invasion, where one of them, their appointed leader of the four, had gotten badly hurt. Not only that but they, along with a couple of their human friends, had to travel through both time and space, to save the rest of humanity.

This final world is simple, a hedgehog with super speed abilities fights his nemesis, Dr. Eggman, and with the help of his friends, some of them also have special abilities as well. And they also need some guidance on how to take down his enemy.

Will these three parties have what it takes to take down all of their enemies? Will someone betray the others? Who will be in love with each other for the rest of time? Will they have what it takes to be friends with people who are out of the ordinary with each other? What will this mean for others who don't know about their existence?
