MLP EG and TMNT (2012) Crossover

Pinkie's Date

When it comes to a date, more so a first date, it would be understandable that people would be nervous, and they have every right to be nervous, I mean, it's a first date for crying out loud, but not for Pinkie. It was the end of the week, and their break, and today was the day, and Pinkie was not nervous for her first date like Twilight and Sunset were on their first dates. Pinkie was extremely excited for her first date with Mikey, and Pinkie was pretty sure Mikey was feeling the same. Sunset and Twilight on the other hand, were a little concerned that Pinkie wasn't as nervous as they were, but decided to brush it off since Pinkie was always happy, and never seemed to be nervous. Unless it was planning for a party, of course. So, with this knowledge, Sunset and Twilight decided to talk with Pinkie before her date to see if she was okay and wanted to make sure that she was doing okay before her date with Mikey.

*In the dojo, where everyone was, and Sunset and Twilight were sitting on the couch watching the tv, when Sunset remembered that it was Pinkie's date with Mikey today, and since Sunset saw that Pinkie wasn't like how her and Twilight were, Sunset decided to have this conversation with Twilight. She was thinking that the reason that Pinkie was like that was because of the fact that she didn't have the past that both her and Twilight, but still decided to ask in case there was anything wrong.*

SS: Hey, Twilight, do you want to help me talk to Pinkie before she goes on her date? I mean, it just, she doesn't seem nervous like the two of us were, and I know I shouldn't be worried, because well, she's Pinkie, she doesn't get nervous unless it's about planning a party, but I can't help but seem like something is off, and I want to figure out what it is. But then again, it is Pinkie, so I doubt there's anything wrong with her.

TS: Sure, I can help you, Sunset, and don't get me wrong, I haven't known Pinkie as long as you know, so you would know if there was something wrong with her before I did, but honestly, I wouldn't blame her for not being nervous, I mean, it's Pinkie for crying out loud. I don't think we really need to be concerned for her, but it's right to be weary. But I can still come with you to ask her if you want. *Twilight says while smiling.*

*They get up and try to find Pinkie, to which they find her in the dojo, training before her date. Sunset and Twilight waited for her to stop training to talk to her before she left for her and Mikey's date. They saw that even during training, she was still excited for tonight. Once Pinkie was done and she put her weapon away, Sunset and Twilight approached Pinkie and asked her this question.*

SS: Hey, Pinkie, are you okay? Me and Twilight only ask because you don't seem nervous about your date with Mikey.

TS: I mean, I don't really know as deeply as I know as Sunset knows you, but as long as you don't feel nervous while on your date with Mikey. *she says while smiling.*

PP: Sunset, Twilight, I'm fine, really. I just don't feel nervous because I really like Mikey, and also because I don't really have anything to hide. I know, with your dates, it was different, but it's okay, as long as me and Mikey have a good time, that is all that matters. *Pinkie says while smiling*

*During their conversation, Leo and Raph could see in Mikey's face that he is a little nervous before going out. Both of them were thinking about the fact that Mikey was going a little early to their date, and also without Pinkie, so they needed to ask Mikey why he was leaving early for his and Pinkie's date.*

L: Hey, Mikey, why are you leaving early? It's just that, it seems a little weird that 1: you're leaving early for your date, and 2: you're leaving WITHOUT your date.

RH: Yeah, I have to agree with Leo, it's a little weird, Mikey.

M: I know, I know, it's just, I'm a little nervous, so I'm leaving early to clear my head before our date. *Mikey says a bit nervously.*

L: That actually makes sense. *Look at Raph, to which Raph has the same realisation.*  I guess we'll leave you to it, we'll see you later.

*After hearing Pinkie out, Sunset and Twilight decided to leave it at that, since they both knew that Pinkie wouldn't be nervous even if they both were. On the other hand, it wouldn't be good if they knew that Pinkie was nervous, considering the fact that Pinkie was typically nervous only when she was planning parties, and both Sunset and Twilight knew that. That's also when Pinkie left to head out to her date with Mikey. Pinkie didn't want to leave Mikey, since he was already waiting for her on the rooftop. Let's go to Mikey's point of view, and see how he's doing, and let's hope that he feels the same way that Pinkie does about their date.*

M: *waiting on the roof for Pinkie.**in his head.* This is it, today is the day for our date. I wonder what's taking her so long. She's probably training and/or talking to the Mane 7 before she leaves, and that's understandable. Also, it's not time for our date yet, so she probably hasn't left yet. I'm just here early because I'm a little nervous. Okay, maybe more than a little nervous, but only because this is the first date since I've been with Renet, but I shouldn't need to dwell on the past.

*While Mikey is thinking about the date, and the past, Pinkie comes up to the roof that Mikey is on, which Mikey doesn't seem to realise until Pinkie called out for him. When Pinkie called out for him however, Mikey was a little startled because of him being deep in thought, but once realising that it was Pinkie, he was relieved. The rest of the team decided to not bother them on their date, since Raph and Leo weren't bothered either.*

((Little author's note: just before the conversation with Mikey and Pinkie, I'll probably not do a full conversation on what happened in the past with Pinkie, mainly because there's really not much to talk about with Pinkie, so, if the conversation between them doesn't seem that great, it's because of that.))

*Mikey really wanted to understand more about what happened before they came, which he still didn't understand, but he was hoping to understand fully before the date was over.*

M: So, Pinkie, how was life before you girls came here? I mean, it's probably better than here.

PP: Well, I mean, it was alright, other than the occasional villain and us ponying up every time we played, but other than that, it was pretty basic. Also, because of our crystals, we're able to pony up without the use of our instruments. *while smiling.*

M: Oh, so do you think you'll be able to show us that anytime soon? But, just another question before you answer that one. When you girls came here, you guys coming out from the movies and realising that you girls weren't in your world, was that in your schedule? Or was it random?

PP: Honestly, no, all things considering that we have seen crazier things before, this wasn't that crazy, but it was the fact that we weren't in our world anymore is what made us think that something bad probably happened and/or one of our previous villains did something to us. But we'll be able to show our powers without our instruments as well. But that should be soon, hopefully. *Pinkie says while smiling.*

M: So, do you think coming here was possibly a mistake, and everything else that happened afterwards? *he says a bit sadly*

PP: Wait, what, what makes you think that we thought that coming here was a mistake and/or a misunderstanding? I don't really understand why you think that, Mikey. *Pinkie says with both a concerned face and voice.*
