After their date ended, and Donnie packed up, Donnie watched as Rarity went back to her apartment, simply because he was a little worried that Rarity might be attacked, granted that he also knew that Rarity can protect herself. He was just concerned, and he also wanted to watch Rarity just because he could. After Rarity got back to her apartment, Donnie remained for a bit, just in case, to which there were no people or mutants there, so he went back to the lair, knowing that Rarity was safe and that she can protect herself. Once at the lair, Leo, Mikey, and Raph were doing their own thing as per usual. Leo was watching Space Heroes, Raph was playing with Chompy, and Mikey was playing games, when they see that Donnie was back, and that he was thinking about something, so they decided to ask not only what was on his mind, but how the date went with Rarity, if that's what he did while he was out. They had a lot of questions on their minds for Donnie to answer. Considering that it was a Saturday night, Donnie didn't seem to mind about watching her so late, since he also knew that the girls didn't have school tomorrow.

L: *sees that Donnie is back from his date with Rarity.* Why were you out, Donnie? Did you finally go on your date with Rarity? How did the date go? I mean, you do tend to have a habit of going out on your own, but we are simply just wondering. *Leo was a bit excited, considering the fact that Donnie had gone on an actual date with someone, and wasn't beat up, and wanted to know more.*

D: It was good. Yeah, I went on the date with Rarity, which is why I was out so late. Twilight, Sunset, and Pinkie had suggested a picnic for our date. *Donnie says a bit hazily, because of still being in thought.*

R: *while waving his hand in front of his face.* Earth to Donnie. Are you okay? Do I need to whack you in the head a few times or what? Because you seem out of it for some reason. *Raph says with a little concern.*

D: *He snaps out of it.* Sorry, it's just Rarity was so beautiful, and I can not stop thinking about her. It's normal to think about someone this much, right? That's how you guys felt after your guys' dates right?

M: Yeah, that's how we all felt after, dude. It's hard not to think about them, man. It's 100% normal. It's sort of like how you did before April said that she didn't like you back. *He says while smiling brightly, before realising he probably shouldn't have said that last part.*

M: Hey, sorry, dude, I probably shouldn't have brought that up. Me, Raph, and Leo all know how much that day hurt you, Donnie. It's also understandable why you might and could be a little bit sceptical of your date with Rarity. *He gets elbowed by Raph and side-eyed by Leo before saying sorry.*

D: You know what, Mikey, it's okay, I probably should've realised sooner that she didn't like me back, or showed any interest in me. It has been almost a year and a half since I told her, and even though I went through a lot of emotions since then, I have been very relieved, and now Rarity is here, and it's like my life got better when her and the girls got here. *he says while smiling.*

D: We had the picnic, and were just talking about life, like how you guys did on your dates with Twilight, Sunset and Pinkie, then after the date, I watched Rarity as she went to her apartment, to make sure that she wasn't attacked, and then I lingered for a bit afterwards, just in case, of course, and then I came back. Actually, before going, I asked Twilight, Sunset, and Pinkie what Rarity might want to do for the date, and they suggested that we do a picnic for our first date.

R: Did she know that you were watching her as she went back to her apartment ot not? Because that's not a bad idea. Considering the fact that me, Leo and Mikey have all done it while on our dates. *while smirking.*

D: Honestly, Raph, I don't think so, I mean, she didn't really turn around, so I don't think she knew, but I doubt it. Also, I mean she can protect herself now, which is part of the reason why I wasn't really too worried or concerned about her after I left.
