Marichat MAYhem 2022

~21: Treasure~

"Hands off my treasure, Captain otherwise things will end nasty for you!" Marinette yelled at the notorious Captain of the Black Cat Voyage, Chat Noir who had come to steal her treasure but she wasn't going down without a proper fight. She drew her sword while Captain Chat did the same as the two began to clash their swords against one another's and Marinette managed to knock Chat off his balanced but he got straight back up.

"Is that all you got?! I can easily win this but why bother when I can just do this?" Chat told Marinette as he pushed her onto the ground and he ran to the treasure chest onboard of Marinette's ship, Red Bug. Marinette immediately got up as she charged at him and they began to fight with their swords again, though this time Chat was knocked onto the ground. He couldn't get up as Marinette had her foot on top of Chat's chest so that he wouldn't try to get up and she smirks at the way he was struggling to get up.

"Why do you want my treasure? It's not for pathetic pirates like you!" Marinette shouted angrily at Chat who only chuckled which made her confused but she wasn't going to be intimidated by someone like him and she definitely didn't want anyone to steal her treasure.

"Oh you don't understand how much that treasure is worth, Princess. By selling it off I can make a fortune so I will get that treasure from you even if it's the last thing I do!" Chat replied back as he grabbed Marinette's leg and dragged her down causing her to lift her foot off him. She tumbled on the ground as Chat growled and tried to keep her down but she kept dodging until she sprang back onto her feet.

"I won't let you lay a single finger on my treasure and I won't allow you to sell it either. Go and find your own treasure Captain because this one is mine!" Marinette announced as she charged at Chat with her sword in hand and she manages to knock his sword out of his hand, holding her sword to his chin.

"You maybe a infamous pirate but I'm well-known for my sword skills and beating you was so simple," Marinette told Chat as he gave her a smirk of his own and he grabs the sword off her, pointing it against her chin instead. She was stunned at this sudden action but she took out a dagger from her sheath and she manages to swiftly move out of his way, piercing the dagger onto his cloak that he wore.

"Tch! How dare you?!" Chat yelled as he struggled to break free as his cloak was being held down by the dagger and Marinette grabbed some rope, tying Chat against a post on her ship while she removed the dagger afterwards. The knots were tightened to make sure that Captain Chat wouldn't escape as Marinette kept a close eye on him and he struggled to break free.

"Don't even bother trying to break free from the rope Captain Chat Noir because I've made sure that the knots were extra tight. Alya, head for the port and Nino get the knights to take away the Captain as soon as we get there," Marinette said as Alya steered the ship to shore while Nino informed the knights as soon as they reached the port and they handcuffed Captain Chat Noir after he was untied by Marinette.

Chat looked at Marinette's eyes with anger but she didn't even flinch at his gaze and he just sighed since he never expected to be caught so easily yet Marinette, along with her crew, were able to do it. Accepting his defeat, Chat was taken away by the knights but not before he told Marinette one last thing.

"You may have defeated me this time but I will come back with my crew and together we will take that treasure of yours! Just you wait!" Captain Chat told Marinette as he then was taken away while Marinette cheered with her crew and her treasure was safe from the infamous pirate Captain Chat Noir. She wasn't going to let anyone take her treasure as her crew were going to continue to help her protect it and fight against Chat if he managed to escape from imprisonment.
