Author's note: I know it's not winter anymore but I wanted it to be that time of year and it's easier for me to write so if you're wondering that's my answer. Anyways let the chapter begin:

The air brushed pass the skin of Chat Noir as he was bundled up to meet Marinette since winter was approaching and the days were becoming colder. He finally arrived at her place as he entered through the bakery instead of going to Marinette's window because she wasn't feeling very well so he didn't want to disturb her and decided to enter the bakery. Chat saw Marinette's parents as the bakery was closed for the night and they wondered why Chat had arrived to their place.

"Hello Chat Noir. What brings you here? Do you need something?" Sabine asked Chat as he shook his head and he didn't need anything from Marinette's parents apart from their permission to check up on her since he had been worried about her so he wanted to know how she was doing.

"I don't need anything right now Mrs Dupain-Cheng. I came to check on your daughter, Marinette to see if she's alright. May I go to her room please?" Chat replied as Sabine and Tom both gave their permission for him to meet Marinette while he thanked them, going up to her room. Chat entered her room after climbing the ladder and opening the hatch to her room while Marinette was currently in her pyjamas, resting peacefully.

Marinette opened her eyes as she saw Chat sat beside her bed and she gave him a weak smile since it was all she could manage to do. She felt really groggy as she covered her mouth before she coughed and then removed her hand away from her mouth while Chat handed her a tissue from the tissue box that was located on her desk.

"Hey Chat. What are you doing here?" Marinette asked in a raspy voice and she was given a glass of water to soothe het throat. She sat up as Chat helped her to drink the water, holding the glass while she drank the water and she laid back down once she had finished drinking the water. Chat set the glass back down as he tucks Marinette in her blanket properly and made sure that she was comfortable.

"I came here to visit you Marinette after I was told by Alya that she wasn't feeling well and that you had caught a cold. The seasons have been changing and it seems that the change has made some people sick including you but don't worry. After some rest and taking some medicine I'm sure you'll be alright," Chat told Marinette as she nods and Chat noticed the untouched bowl of chicken noodle soup on her desk which he assumed had been there before he came since there was steam coming from the bowl.

Carefully picking up the bowl, Chat told Marinette to sit up so that he could feed her the soup and he starts to feed her the chicken noodle soup, a spoonful at a time. Once he had finished feeding her the soup, Chat set the bowl back down on the desk. Marinette once again laid back down after she wiped her mouth and drank the remaining water left in the glass.

Chat placed a hand on Marinette's forehead as her temperature seemed to have reduced a bit but he decided to check with a thermometer so he removed his hand away and went to Marinette's desk to see if there was a thermometer on her desk. Luckily she had one in her drawer as he picked it up and placed it in Marinette's mouth after she had opened it. Two later he took the thermometer out of her mouth as Chat read the temperature that that was shown and he noticed that her temperature was getting better since it had decreased.

"The thermometer is at 36.5 degrees celsius so you're cold is getting better so all you need to do is rest," Chat explained to Marinette who smiled and nodded as she was glad that Chat had came to check on her. Having a friend like him made Marinette feel better and she was glad that Chat was able to visit her even if she had a cold.

"Thank you for visiting me Chat," Marinette told Chat as he smiled and she closes her eyes, eventually falling asleep. Chat stayed with her so that she wouldn't feel lonely without him and he realised that even though the seasons had changed, making Marinette catch a cold, the change in weather was definitely something worth being excited about.
