Chapter 6

sunoo immediately took his bag and placed one strap of the object on his shoulder once he heard the bell ring. he wasn't able to eat any breakfast that day and he had to listen to their lessons for about 5 hours with an empty stomach. the older felt a little tipsy and he couldn't walk straight. a strong headache was starting to come in as well.

he massaged both of his temples whilst walking around the school hallway in zig zags. the sound of the students talking were starting to get louder and it was making him uncomfortable. he felt like passing out soon. thankfully, someone noticed him and helped.

"sunoo? are you okay?" a familiar voice asked. he looked up and saw ni-ki with worried eyes. the older laughed and pulled himself away from him "i dont.. need your help.." he replied faintly "have you eaten anything? you look so pale. here take a bite of this" he took an apple out of his backpack and gave it to the older.

the older raised his eyebrows "you didnt poiso-" he was cute off "goodness you snow white wannabe just eat the damn thing before you faint!" ni-ki sighed. sunoo shot him a glare and looked at the apple. he then took a few bites and released a sigh of relief "lets go eat something else in the cafeteria. an apple isn't enough to make someones stomach happy"

"oh for goodness' sake sunghoon stop acting like those ice cubes are chips!" jake groaned, grabbing sunghoons wrist and snatching the container "they taste good though" sunghoon giggled "its literally frozen water!" jake slapped his arm.

sunoo watched the two get all touchy in disgust. he knew there was something going on in between them both but he wasn't in a place to make the both of them uncomfortable. he knows they'll tell him when its the right time "hi sunoo hyung!" he turned his head and saw daniel taking a seat beside him.

he said the same thing as a reply and sighed in relief. atleast he finally had someone to talk to "whats up?" daniel asked, tapping the counter of jakes kitchen a few times. they had planned to hang out in jakes house since it was a weekend "nothing really. just watching these two flirt again" sunoo pointed at the scene in front of him and hung his head low.

daniel laughed and gave him a pat on the back "i guess you're not a fan of romance?" he chuckled "oh thats not true, i love romance! all those cliche stuff you see on movies, i want them too. i just feel a bit bitter sometimes because i cant do it with anyone, yet" the older pouted.

"yet? do you have a girlfriend?" daniel asked "its boyfriend actually. we're dating online so i cant really do anything with him. he does live in this country though and we're thinking of meeting up soon" sunoo smiled.

the taller nodded. that moment jake's main entrance opened wide, revealing heeseung, jay, and ni-ki who had both of his arms opened wide "jake hyung why?!" sunoo whined "oops.. i invited heeseung but i didnt know he'd take ni-ki with him. sorry sunoo" jake snickered.

ni-ki immediately ran to where sunoo was the moment he saw him sitting by the counter "you're here too?" he asked with a slight tone of tease "ugh no i am a figment of your imagination— of course its me you dumb fuck" sunoo shot him a glare "geez chill out susan!" ni-ki rolled his eyes "then stop acting dumb sharon!" the older whined.

"not even a minute since jay and heeseung took a step in this house and you two are already bickering? my house is too precious for your fights. layla doesn't like it when people fight too" jake said whilst bending down and giving the tip of layla's nose a boop.

sunghoon laughed and shoved the container of the ice cubes that was once full in front of them "wash them for me thanks. anyways aye! my boy jay! how are you?" sunghoon ran to jay who was approaching a specific sheep like male, taking a nap of the couch.

"hyungs we should watch a horror movie!" daniel cheered "why are the youngest ones always so brave.. im an adult and i watch barbie.." heeseung joked "i have the perfect movie for that genre!" jungwon stood up and typed something in the laptop that was connected to the flat screen.

well, it wasnt gonna be considered a fun hangout if jay doesn't give challenges "i have an idea. since this is a sleepover, what if the first and second ones to scream will sleep in one bed!" jay suggested "no jay thats stupid" sunghoon threw him a look of disgust.

"wait no its actually a good idea! lets do it" daniel said. jay stuck his tongue out and placed his right arm around jungwon's shoulders. to his surprise, the younger didn't react and just let him "are you comfortable?" jay asked him "yeah. i should get used to you doing stuff like this because- nevermind" jungwon looked at him and smiled.

the movie started playing and they all suddenly hugged the arms of the ones beside them or cover their eyes with their hands, already terrified because of the spooky music that played in the intro. a few minutes had passed and they did not move an inch.

sunoo was in between ni-ki and daniel. unfortunately, he had this thought of 'not wanting to make his friends uncomfortable' so he did not touch them in any way. his body was stiff and his heart was beating hastily. the movie kept playing and there was silence lingering in the living room.

a character in the movie suddenly appeared on the screen with a loud sound. sunoo, unfortunately, screamed and fell off the couch. with his voice being very high pitched, it scared ni-ki as well "YOU SCARED ME" ni-ki placed the palm of his hand on his chest and took deep breaths to calm himself down "you and him together in one room? one bed? goodluck~" sunghoon teased.

"i can just sleep on the floor of you're not comfortable with sleeping on the same bed as me. I'll be okay" sunoo took one pillow of the bed and went outside to get a comforter from jake. ni-ki however, thought he'd sleep comfortably but he was wrong.

after getting ready for bed, the two of them did not utter a single word and tried to go to sleep. they had just watched a horror movie and it was impossible for someone to forget such horrifying scenes in one night. sleeping alone in one bed was not helping either.

"sunoo?" ni-ki sat up and looked at the left side of the room where the older was sleeping "are you awake?" ni-ki asked "yeah why" sunoo replied "are you comfortable there?" he asked. sunoo grinned and immediately knew why he asked "do you think sleeping on the floor is comfortable?

the younger took a deep breath before replying "do you want to sleep here? with me? i dont mind sharing. and it's not like i own this bed" he scratched the back of his nape and slapped himself mentally "you're scared aren't you?" sunoo turned around to look at him and laughed "yeah, im scared! can you just hurry up and come over here please!" he whined.

sunoo rolled his eyes and stood up "move" he ordered. ni-ki immediately made space for him and covered his body with the blanket "can i-" sunoo cut him off "now you want to hug me? are you serious?"

"-you're lucky im not cold hearted. yes you may" he added. the older turned to face the wall and prepared for what was about to happen "thank you, hyung" ni-ki sighed in relief. sunoo then felt his arms on his waist and his body being pulled closer.
