"good morning everyone" ms. yuna, their homeroom adviser, greeted as she walked through the door. the students immediately stood up and greeted her back. she told them to take a seat and the students complied. both of her hands were placed on the desk, signaling the students that she had something important to say.

she then looked at jungwon, the president of the student council for 3 years. he nodded and stood up, walking towards the front afterwards "good morning everyone. as you know the school's university week is starting next monday. due to some unforseen incidents and unexpected resignations of volunteers, we need a few more people to help us set up everything. funds are not a problem since the school is the one funding it, all we need are 4 photographers from the photography club, 4 more people to decorate the campus, 2 dance members, and 6 student volunteers who will help our fellow students and visitors all throughout the event" he informed.

jay looked at the younger with such admiration. jungwon being the student council president was probably one of the reasons he fell for him. sure he was cute, but nothing's more attractive than a sense of leadership- "jay can you stop staring at jungwon it's making my head hurt" heeseung rolled his eyes. jay threw him a dirty stare "you can have a headache for all i care, i just wanna look at jungwon forever" jay replied, earning a fake gag from heeseung.

"okay so we have jake, ni-ki, jay, and woozi as additional photographers. sunoo, daniel, youngbin, and taki to help with the decoration. sunghoon and heeseung joining the dance troupe. and lastly yeji, jisung, ningning, karina, ricky, and i as student volunteers. any questions?" jungwon looked at the class and raised his eyebrows. he nodded after hearing a few no's and looked at ms. yuna who flashed him a smile before telling him to sit down.

sunoo was seated in the middle of daniel and ni-ki. the both of them had been staring at sunoo since the beginning of the class, who was doodling random stuff on his notebook. ni-ki was about to speak but daniel cut him off. "wah jungwon is such a great leader" daniel said. ni-ki was taken aback with what he said, why was he talking to sunoo? does he not know theyre dating?

"i know right. im glad to have him as my friend" sunoo giggled. ni-ki watched him with his eyebrows raised "sooo what are you doing later sunoo hyung?" daniel asked him. ni-ki's fists clenched, he was doing this on purpose so he'd get mad. sunoo looked at daniel with a confused look "not sure if i have any plans, why?"

"lets hang ou-" ni-ki suddenly cut daniel off by raising his right hand "yes ni-ki?" ms. yuna put her glasses down "IS IT OK IF I SWITCH SEATS WITH SUNOO BECAUSE THERE'S A THOMAS THE TRAIN LOOKALIKE TRYING TO BOTHER HIM" ni-ki yelled.

everyone looked at him weirdly but that was the least of his worries "i dont see him bothering sunoo, ni-ki. but for everyone's peace of mind, go ahead and switch seats" ms. yuna replied. ni-ki chuckled and immediately switched seats with sunoo.

"great now we have to sit beside each other" daniel crossed his arms and rolled his eyes "dont care. id rather suffer and sit next to you than watch you hit on MY boyfriend" ni-ki said sternly. sunoo watched them argue with a disgusted look on his face. he felt bad that he had to switch seats with ni-ki, but he was also glad that ni-ki was taking him seriously and only wants him for himself.

"good lord this is so much work. if i had known id be lifting boxes i wouldnt have joined the deco team" sunoo groaned as he placed the box of decorations on the floor. daniel laughed and handed him a bottle of water "i only joined cause you did" daniel says as he sat beside him. sunoo laughed and thanked him for the water.

taki was also a part of the decoration team along with youngbin and he watched the scene unfold in front of him with a heavy heart 'i only joined cause you joined, daniel' he thought. "ah taki youve been working for so long, take a break will you?" daniel teased "im okay. im not that tired anyway" the shorter male replied while taping posters on the wall. "you good?" youngbin asked him "im fine thanks for asking" he replied.

daniel shrugged his shoulders and looked at sunoo "so.. what are you and ni-ki up to lately?" he asked "nothing much.. its only been a few weeks so it takes some time to get used to it and we're kind of having a hard time adjusting and all that given the circumstances.. but i guess we're slowly getting there" sunoo replied with a smile.

"im glad to hear that hyung, im really happy for you both. um listen.. so ni-ki and i kinda have beef right now and i dont exactly know why but i think its because he thinks i like you. i mean i do but as a friend of course. can you help us patch things up? i really want to be close friends with you and shit but everytime i try to ask you to hangout he just cuts me off.. can you talk to him please and tell him that i mean no harm?" daniel asked him shyly.

sunoo's lips slowly formed into a pout "im really sorry he's giving you a hard time. boyfriends i guess.. no worries, ill let him know" sunoo replied.
