what's wrong with women setting standards for themselves? what's wrong with not settling with anyone just because everyone does? what's wrong with being yourself, following your heart?
i kinda hate it when society labels "standards" as something so negative.
for sure, i want to receive the love i truly deserve. but it doesn't have to be rushed.
someday, when that time comes, i will no longer question what love is or how it's like to be loved so genuinely.
for now, i will just admire people from afar, who won't like me back.
