(Billie's pov)
Me and Aleah spent the last couple days redesigning the kids rooms and getting the nursery ready for the twins arrival. Aleah thought it would be cute if we designed the rooms ourselves and the show the other when they were done.

So she gave me the layout for what she wanted the nursery to look like and then we got to work. She showed me Leo and Delilah's room yesterday so today it was my turn.

She insisted on going shopping for a few things so while she did that i put the final touches on the twins room. The kids were downstairs napping so I made sure to be quiet bringing everything upstairs

I heard her car out front and a moment later she was calling me to come help her with her bags.

"Baby how much did you buy?" I asked when I got to her car, seeing the backseat being full of bags.

"I may have went a little overboard, but It's baby shopping honey. They have such cute clothes, and toys, and accessories."

"Accessories?"

"Yes! I'll show you when we get inside. Here take these."

Sometimes I forget how much of a teenager Aleah can be when it comes to shopping, but it's one of the things I loved about her. We quietly brought all the bags up to our room careful not to wake our sleeping babies on the couch.

"Okay, look baby! They have little necklaces and bracelets for them to chew on. Oh! And look I even found matching onesies for the twins!"

She held them up for me, one saying "I sing" and the other saying "I play."

"Okay I have to admit, that is adorable."

"I know! I'm so excited!"

I smiled and put my hands on her stomach. "Me too love."

She gave me a quick kiss and then gasped. "Did you finish the room?"

"Yes I did. You ready to see it?"

"Yes yes yes! Show me now."

I put my hands over her eyes and slowly walked her to the twins nursery as I always do when I show her surprises.

I uncovered her eyes and she let out a squeal of happiness as she looked at the room. The room that was previously Leo's nursery was now the twins.

"Wow you even painted the walls. I mean it looks like a completely different room."

"Well it technically is. What do you think?" I asked, circling my arms around her stomach.

"I love it. However now that I'm seeing it, I feel like white may not have been the best choice."

"Why not?"

"Well for one, it doesn't match the kids room and secondly, do you remember how much newborns poop? We're gonna have that times two and I don't think white sheets are wise. We're gonna have to do a lot of laundry. Maybe like an off white, or a lavender or some other neutral color. Ooh! Or maybe yellow! Cause it's like a happy color, you know?"

I smiled at her rambling and kissed her cheek.
"Whatever you want my love."

"We'll go shopping tomorrow, I am exhausted."

"Well why don't I run you a nice warm bath and start lunch hm? Then afterwards I'll go back out and get whatever new stuff you'd like for the babies okay?"

"No honey you don't have to do that. We can go tomorrow."

I kissed her cheek again and brought her into our bathroom. "I know I don't have to but I want to love. I wanna take care of you so, it's okay I promise."
