"Hi! I'm Brianna Anne Alvarez, I'm the guest that complained about my room reservation," she told me. "Hi! Brian, you are the owner of this hotel? Your hotel looks nice and simple but elegant. You have a very beautiful interior." she said. Bakit siya ganito? Hindi na ba niya ako naalala? "Hi! Brianna, do remember me? I'm Brian Yen, the guy that waited for you to come back in my arms." I told him. " I'm sorry but I can't remember you because I was in a car accident back when I was in Seoul. So, by the way, how do you know me?" she asked me. Ano ito? Ano ba and nangyari sa kanya last ten years ago. Kailangan ko yata makausap mabuti si Albert about Brianna's past. "I'm really sorry but we are fully booked tonight. Can ask you something?" I asked him. " Sure you can ask me anything, what it is? " she told me. "Do have an alternative plan on where are going to stay here in Batanes?" I told her. " Well, I just arrived from New York, so my friend told me that Batanes in the Philippines is a very beautiful place to visit I want to try it. Actually, I don't have any plans from the start but I just book a flight and I just want to explore the place. My friends in New York told me that it might bring back some of my memories if I visited one of the places that will bring back my memories." she told me.
Hindi ko alam kung bakit pero gusto ko siya makasama at gusto ko malaman kung ano ba ang nangyari sa kanya. "If you want you can stay at my house for a night and tomorrow I will find a way to get you a room in my hotel or I can find you a nice hotel nearby for you to stay while you are here in Batanes if you want my help? If it's okay with you?" I asked her. "It's okay with you if I stay in your house, just for a night? " she told me. "Sure you are welcome in my house anytime you are here in the Philippines. So, let's go to my house so you can sleep I know that came all the way here in Batanes." I told him. "But first, I just going to talk to my front desk that if ever there is an available room I will reserve it for you," I told her again. "Yeah! Sure I just follow you and it's a big thank you and sorry for disturbing you. I know that it's very late." she told me.
Habang papaunta kami sa lobby ng hotel ay sinabi ko sa kanya na maghintay na lang siya sa akin sa may sofa at umupo muna siya kasi medyo matatagalan young paguusap namin ni Agnes. Habang kausap ko si Agnes ay napatingin ako kay Brianna na patingin tingin siya sa paligid. Nakakatuwa makita siya na ganito. Buo na ang buhay ko puwede na ako mamatay ngayon kasi nakita ko na siya uli. "Sir Brian, baka matunaw si Ma'm masungit." sabi ni Agnes habang tumatawa. "Agnes, inaantok na kami, ayusin mo na yung reservation ni Brianna Alvarez, please galing yan sa airport at dumiresto dito sa Batanes, kaya please kapag may nag check out bukas pakireserve na yung room ni Brianna. By the way, totoo masungit talaga yung unang kilala ko diyan nakapasungit hindi ako pinapansin niyan. " sabi ko. " Sir, yan pogi mo nasungitan ka pa niya. Jusko lord!" sabi ni Agnes. "Sige Sir ako na bahala sa reservation niya. Sana may magcheck out na bukas pero Sir kung walang magccheck out bukas, ibook ko na siya doon sa katabing hotel natin ngayon na." sabi niya. " Sige, Agnes please okay. Thank you so much.Maaasahan talaga kita pero huwag ka matakot kapag sinigawan ng guest part yan ng trabaho natin." sabi ko sa kanya.
So, after namin makapagusap namin ni Agnes ay nagpunta na ako kay Brianna at sinabi na okay na yung reservation niya kung may magcheck out bukas sa kanya na yung isang room. Habang palabas na kami ng hotel ay bigla na lang tumigil si Brianna sandali at tumitingin sa langit. Grabe ang gandang ganda niya talaga. Hindi ko talag makakalimutan ang mukha niya na simple lang walang make up kung hindi powder lang at lip balm kasi laging nagpapalat yung lips niya.
"Hey, let's go to my house now, it's getting late and I know you are already tired now because you came all the way from New York," I told her. "Just a sec, I just want to feel a little bit of peace while looking at the skies tonight like it's making me realize that being in a place this place is so relaxing and less stressful. When you are in a very busy city in the world it's so stressful and toxic. But in this place, it was so relaxing and I just want to stay in this place. I wish I can remember everything that I don't know. I want to know what is in my past that I want to remember." she told me. "Well, can I ask you something? I hope you don't get mad at me. Is your house near the ocean or mountains? Because I want to see the mountains because I want to relax my mind." she told me.
