In the Palace

It was 9am and Bong started to prepare himself for the day.

After showering, he went and put on his suit.

He was wearing a suit kasi may mga engagements siya with foreign delegates for the day.

Bong was doing so much better now compared to a year ago na he looked haggard and unhealthy.

Bumalik na din yung katawan niya, he went back to working out and lived a healthy lifestyle after he completed a few sessions with his therapist.

Now that he recovered, he looked more handsome than ever at mas lalo siyang bumata tignan.

Technically he was 51 years old pero dahil blooming na nga siya ulit, he looked no older than 45.

"Hon are you ready?" Liza asked as she fixed Bong's tie.

"Yes. I'm excited to meet some of the ambassadors" he said as he smiled at Liza.

After Sara, Bong and Liza went back to their old routine pero same as before, di pa din sila nagkaroon ng intimate moment.

Bong just simply resumed his life before he even met Sara.

And to be honest, the first 6 months post breakup was really a tough time for him but now, he looked happy again.

"Ok let's eat breakfast na muna before you leave." Liza said as she held Bong's arm going to the dining area.

When they got there, everything was already set up and the food was ready.

As a morning habit, Bong always watches the news para updated siya sa mga latest issues na kino cover ng media.

Liza and him were eating when a breaking news came on TV.

"Live po tayo ngayon sa NAIA kung saan may nakapag sabi na nakita daw nila si VP Duterte. Nag aabang kami ngayon dito sa exit para ma confirm kung totoo nga ang balita." The field reporter said.

"Ah sana nga ay totoo yan.. matagal na nating di nakikita ang VP puro spokesperson nalang ang nakakausap natin.. Ang galing talaga magtago" the news anchor said while natatawa.

"Ay oo tama ka diyan Karen mejo na miss na nga din ng taumbayan itong si VP Inday at pati social media hindi na nag uupdate" the field reporter said.

Bong and Liza were staring at the TV when they heard the news then Liza spoke

"May balita ka pa ba kay Sara Hon? Now that I think about it, oo nga noh? Never pa siyang nagpakita dito. If it's true that she's here baka pwede mag courtesy call para naman personal mo siyang makausap.. iba pa din kasi ang face to face lalo na ngayon na may problema sa ibang officials sa dept na hawak niya" Liza said to Bong innocently.

Di pa nakakasagot si Bong kay Liza, when he saw na biglang nagkagulo yung reporters as they were trying to interview someone.

"VP!! VP! One interview lang please!" One reporter said

Bong looked closely on the TV to see if it really was Sara.

The woman being bombarded by the reporters looked way younger parang 20's so he wasn't sure.

She was wearing a loose black shirt, denim shorts, white sneakers, cap, shades and mask.

She also had a straight long black hair na chest length

By this time napapaligiran na siya ng reporters so she was caught off guard.

He watched closely as the woman spoke.

"Oh kumusta na kayo, na miss niyo ba ako?" She joked

Bong's heart started beating fast when he heard that familiar voice but he kept watching.

"VP! Baka pwede patanggal naman ng cap, shades at mask, na miss na kayo ng mga tao oh" one reporter from SMNI joked.

"Oh siya wait lang.." Sara said as she removed her cap, placed it in between her legs , removed her shades then her face mask.

"Oh ayan ok na?" She said with a big smile on her face..

When she did that, there was complete silence for a few seconds. Yung tipong di niya alam kung nagulat ba ang media dahil maganda siya or na dissapoint sila sa itsura niya.

Then she spoke

"Oh ano na! Bilis at may lakad pa ako" she said while giggling

"VP ang ganda mo!" One reporter said followed by the others

Actually halos na starstruck lahat sa kanya because mostly male reporters ang sumalubong. Yung iba kinikilig pa nga.

"You look good with your hair VP.. are you staying here in Manila for good? Balita namin inaayos na ng OVP ang tutuluyan niyo sa may QC" the reporters asked

"Ah yes... This week I'm planning to move here" Sara said while smiling

"Wow that's great news.. now that you're here po, may courtesy call ba kayo sa palasyo?" Sara wasn't prepared for that question so she quicky brushed it off.

"No comment next" as soon as she said that, she excused herself and went straight to the car waiting for her in the arrival area.

Nauna na talaga si Robin doon. For now, they didn't want the media to know their connection. Both of them agreed to only go public pag official na yung relationship nila.

As Sara turned her back from the media, they couldn't help but comment on her features.

"Mas lalong gumanda no? Ang simple.. naka shorts lang at tshirt"

"Oo at ang puti parang manika. Bagay sa kanya buhok niya parang bumata siya lalo"

"Korek ang astig, ganda ng tattoo sa binti"

As Bong was watching the scene, di niya maintindhan ang nararamdaman niya.

He was almost sure na naka move on na siya kay Sara and now this?

"There's only one way to find out Bong.. the courtesy call"

He said to himself.
