CHAPTER NINETEEN

[UMIKA]

AFTER TWO WEEKS...

I was cooking some pancakes when I felt an arm hugging my waist, I went rigid at first not until I smelled the familiar after shaved that he have been wearing ever since.

Two weeks had passed simula nang napagkasunduan naming ayusin ang "relasyon" namin for the sake of our family. I thought at first ay magiging civil lang kami sa isa't-isa just like how parents should act or pretend in front of their child but not this intimate.

Hindi ko rin maipaliwanag ang nangyayari but one day, I woke up na lang na sobrang sweet at tila iba na ang trato sa akin ni Lael Shawn. Hindi na gaya noon na tila ba bato siya pag nakikita ako. I did not ask more questions dahil ayoko rin namang sirain ang momentum na meron kami and just decided to played it by ear.

Kasi sino ba naman ako diba? Lael Shawn na itong lumalapit sa akin, papakawalan ko pa ba? Matagal kong pinangarap ito─siya. 

I don't want this to be over, not yet.

Naramdaman ko ang halik nito sa aking kaliwang pisngi na nagpangiti sa akin.

I turned off the stove and faced him. His brown orbs looked so clear and bright while looking at me. Na tila ba hindi nangyari yung nakaraan.

Na parang hindi niya ako sinaktan.

I shrugged the negative thought that crossed my mind and greeted him.

"Good morning, Love." I said and tiptoed aiming to kiss his cheek but instead ay lumingon ito upang saluhin ang aking labi.

He sucked my bottom lip and bit it that made me open my mouth hence he inserted his tongue inside and kissed my damn soul within me. I could feel my knees buckling up with the intensity of his kisses but he did not let me dahil tila bakal na pinalibot nito ang kanyang bisig sa aking baywang to kept me standing.

Unlike our first kissed encounter, our kiss this time was different. It wasn't punishing or hard but it was more of intimate, slow and loving.

He pressed his bulging member just below my stomach that earned a moan from me. I felt his readiness for me and I too to him because I could really felt the wetness that was dripping on my panty. I felt his guttural groaned on his throat when he felt my taut nipples behind the fabric of the oversized shirt that I'm wearing.

I panted nang humiwalay siya sa akin kaya naman nanghihina akong sumandal sa kanyang dibdib. Lael Shawn kissed my forehead and chuckled on my reaction that I felt the vibrations on his chest. If heaven is a place on Earth, it would be by his arms.

"Now, that was indeed a good morning." He said kaya naman I lightly swatted his arms.

Hays, I don't want to burst this adorable bubble that we're in. I don't want to know the 'catch' anymore.

I want us to be like this forever.

I did not realize na I voiced out loud my latter thought when he suddenly went stilled at humiwalay ito sa akin.

Gayon na lamang ang pagtataka ko sa biglaang panlalamig nito. It's the first time in our two-week bubble na muli siyang umakto nang ganito.

"Lael Shawn?" I asked nang lumayo ito sa akin.

He did not look at me nor responded to my call kaya naman lumapit ako rito. Sinalat ko ang noo nito ngunit iniwas nito ang kanyang muha sa akin at inilayo ang kamay ko sa kanya.

"A-Are you okay? Di-Did I do something wrong?" Abot-abot ang aking kaba nang tiningnan ako nito nang mariin.

I waited for his answer ngunit after ako nitong titigan for like 5 seconds ay umiling-iling lamang ito.
