Clays Pov:
I walked into Blakelys bedroom. She was doing her makeup nicely, and I could see the fear on her face, that she tried to cover up when she saw me

Today was the day. The day we find out if we'll get the kids back

I stood behind her and draped my arms over her shoulder "we're gonna get them back" I assured her
"I hope so" she muttered, stroking mascara into her eyelashes
"No. We are. We will get them back and I have no doubt in my mind" I kissed the top of her head

She nodded "will you go make sure the other boys are ready?" She asked, clearly wanting to be alone
"Yeah" I said, and left the room

I went to the main bedroom and all the boys were either sitting or standing
"What time around we leaving?" Karl asked
"We have to be there at 11" I replied, and checked the time, it being 9:27
"How is she" George asked, dropping his phone onto his lap
"She said she wants to be alone right now" I replied, looking down slightly
"It's not because of you, Clay. It's just really stressful right now and she needs some time to think" Alex said

I nodded, and sat down on the bed next to George, he slid into my lap, and I ran my fingers through his hair

Some time passed and it was now 10:36 and Blake walked in "Are you guys ready?" She asked, quietly
"Yeah" I said, standing up and grabbing her hand, squeezing it tight.
She looked up at me, giving me a slight smile

We got in the car and began driving to the courthouse

(Clay is driving, Blake in in the passenger seat, Alex and Karl are in the back, and Nick and George are in the very back)

Blake had her head leaned against the window, and I saw a tear slowly fall down her cheek. I put my hand on thigh, and rubbed my thumb over it.

She seemed very doubtful. I feel that she doesn't wanna get her hopes up and possibly not get Luke and Nina back
"We have everything that he doesn't, Blake. He has no job. He's an alcoholic. He's a psycho! There's no way in hell that he's getting them" I said
She just nodded hesitantly

We arrive to the courthouse and we all got out of the car

(Guys. Pls care with me- I know absolutely nothing Abt court especially when it comes to custody and stuff, so if I'm wrong Abt stuff, I'm sorry)

Blakelys Pov:
It took us a bit to get into the courtroom, but we got in. My father walked in and he stood behind the table on the left, I was standing behind the table on the right with Nick. I couldn't bring all the boys with me to the stand, so I chose Nick. Nick had an extremely good relationship with Nina and Luke and he was the most defensive. I watched as Nina and Luke walked into the court room. Nina looked like she'd been stressing all day. Luke looked as if he hadn't slept in days. I felt that he had stayed up all night to protect Nina to make sure she wouldn't wake up and have a panic attack

When they saw us and Nina's eyes filled with tears. I gave her a weak smile, holding back my tears
"This court is to debate where the Children, Nina and Luke will go. They will either go to Knox, their father, or Blakely, their sister as well is her partners, Clay, Nick, Karl, George, and Alex" The judge started
"So. Why don't we explain how the children separated from their parents house and to their sister house, Blakely" She said

I stood up straight "My mother passed away a few months ago. My father has never really been in the picture. He was verbally and occasionally physically abusive, and only came home every few weeks. When my mom passed away, they didn't want to stay at the house and they were terrified of him coming home and hurting them so-" I said before I was interrupted
"I have never abused any of my three kids-"
"Knox! Not your time to speak" The judge said, and turned back to me "continue"

I took a deep breath "I have always been there for my siblings. They will never be alone as long as I'm here. It really hit me when I wasn't there for them when my mom died" I sighed "Luke um... like had a nearly successful suicide attempt. I wasn't there when it happened, but I was able to be there before he was gone. Clay, Nick, Karl, Alex, and George didn't hesitate to let us take care of them, and here we are"
"So, what happened when Knox came to get the children back?" She asked me
"He just came barging in and freaked Nina and Lucas out so bad. He refused to leave and eventually called the police claiming that I stole them"

The judge processed everything "Knox, why do you think you can take care of your two children?"
"I've been there since they were born. Blakely has absolutely no respect for me, so I don't trust her with Nina and Luke. I can take care of them on my own without their mother, Christian" He answered
"Are you stable financially, sir?" She asked him
"Well.. I- uh" he started, but stopped
"I take that as a no" she said, and turned to me
"Blakely, are you stable financially to take care of these kids and the rest of your family?"
"Yes, I am. I own a dance studio, making thousands of dollars a month. My boyfriend's r
Are all famous influencers that also makes thousands of dollars. We have more than enough money to take care of them" I answered, truthfully

I'm gonna do a time skip bc Idk how to do this shit. So the judge just talks more about the situation and goes to the back to talk to the other court.. people?

The judge came back out and sat back in her seat "we have made our decision" she said

I looked at Nina and Luke across the room and nodded at them, hopefully

"Knox, you are not stable financially. You are a severe alcoholic, and you are abusive. Blakely and her partners are clearly good for these children. They can provide for them easily. We have reason to believe that the children should be sent with Blakely"

I immediately felt myself trembling and my eyes filled with tears. Nick walked his arms over my shoulders, hugging me right
"This case is over" She said

Nina and Luke ran over to me and hugged me. Nina began crying into my shoulder
"You're ours... You're finally ours again.."
