"Hello, welcome to English 101 with Jae, Brian, Mark, Jackson, Chris, Felix, Han, Seungmin, Jinyoung, and Bambam. And Bob," Jae said, gesturing at Sungjin for no reason.

"Let's begin round one. The first word for today is 'apple.' Can you guys repeat after me? Apple."

"Apple!" everyone repeated.

"The next word is 'boat.' Can you guys say it?" asked Younghyun.

"Boat!"

Mark spoke next. "Okay, round one's too easy, time for round two. Now, we have 'basketball.' Say..."

"Basketball!"

Han went next. "Let's see. can you say Malaysia'? If you can't pronounce the country I studied in, do I really know you?"

A few of them hesitated for a moment, but still got it right. "Malaysia!"

"Good job!" Chris said, "Next word, 'vegemite.' Please get this right for the Australians' sake..."

"Vegemite!" everyone yelled confidently.

"Awesome! Next up, we have the word 'barbeque,' " Felix said, "Can you say it?"

"Barbeque!"

"Alright, next word, 'experience,' " Bambam said, "All right, 1, 2, 3..."

"Experience!"

"Wow, you guys are good," Jinyoung said, "Next is the word 'suspicious' Say..."

"Suspicious!" Several people stumbled a little bit but were otherwise fine.

Next was Jackson. "OK, next, 'amazing.' Say..."

"Amajing!"

"Amazing, not amajing, try again. 1, 2, 3..."

Half of everyone said, "Amazing!", while others still said "Amazjing!"

"I say close enough," Seungmin said, "Final word of round two, please get this right Stray Kids, hellevator."

"Hellevator!" Lee Know, Yugyeom, and Hyunjin started breaking into random dancing.

"Congratulations! Rounds one and two are complete. Easy enough right? Well, prepare yourselves, time for the final round, round three." Jae flipped the notepad. The non-English speakers' confidence went down a few levels as they saw the first word.

"First word, 'quadrilateral.' Because of the difficulty of these words, raise your hand. Whoever says the most mildly right gets that smoothie," Jackson said.

Hyunjin raised his hand tentatively, saying each syllable slowly.

"Cadrilateral?"

"Close enough! One point for you. It is pronounced 'qua-dril-a-ter-al.' "

"Next, 'onomatopoeia,' " Younghyun said extremely fluently.

No one raised their hand.

"Either you raise your hand or we're gonna pick victims," he said. Felix cackled, then repeated it in Korean.

"Ah fine, I'll try," Yugyeom said, "omomoapita?"

"Uh," Younghyun hesitated, contemplating whether to be nice. "Let's just count it. Good job, one point for you. The pronunciation is on-o-ma-to-poei-a."

"Next, two words: 'sea anemone,' " Chris said.

"Oh, I can say this! Sea amemone!" I.N. said.

"Wow, that's pretty close! One point for you. It's anemone, not amemone"

"This one's a bit more simple," Mark said, "Can someone say 'gigantic'?"

Wonpil raised his hand semi-confidently.

"Gigantic," Wonpil said, spot on.

"Correct!"

"Next word, it's not long, but it's kinda hard to say," Seungmin said, " 'specific.' "

Lee Know raised his hand. "Sespific."

"No, who else wants to take a try?"

"Specific," Sungjin said.

"Correct! One point!"

"Now we have 'omnivore.' Who wants to try?" Felix asked.

Once again, no hands.

"I volunteer Changbin as tribute." Felix pointed at Changbin, who had been silent for most of the time.

Changbin froze, unsure. "Um, onivore."

"Pretty close. It's pronounced om-ni-vore, but I'll give you the point."

"OK, final word," Jae said. The English speakers cackled as Jae turned the page.

"I swear if its th- ah crap never mind it is," Wonpil and Dowoon said.

"The last word is supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. Who wants to try?"

"Ah come on! Why this again?!" Wonpil yelled.

"English is too hard!" JB said.

"Supercalifraginijdbcjabnjinsa," Dowoon attempted.

"Supercalifragilisticndjsnlndln," JB said.

"Uh, maybe sunsjnbcibadshbnjask- nope," Hyunjin said.

"It's pronounced supercalifragilisticexpialidocious," all the English speakers said.

"How?!" Hyunjin asked.

"Su-per-cal-i-fra-gil-is-tic-ex-pi-al-i-do-cious," Jae sounded out casually.

"That concludes today's lesson. Okay, sorry for torturing everybody, we'll just take you out for smoothies as an apology," Mark said.

Everyone cheered as they left the studio.

In your opinion, what's the weirdest word in the English language? I think either 'awkward' or 'moist.'
