> WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 9th <

I woke up to mom talking to someone. "Will? Will? Sweetheart, can you hear me?" I got up from bed and walked to Will's bedroom where the sound was coming from. I saw Jonathan run out of his room to Will's room. "It's me. Just talk to me. Talk to me." We walked in on mom sitting on his bead with all the lights around her. "Just say.."

"Mom?" Jonathan interrupted.

"Jonathan, Y/n!"

"Come here. Come here, both of you."

"Mom, what is this?" I asked her.

"What's going on?" He asked, confused.

"It's Will. It's Will, he's.." she said replying to us. "He's trying to talk to me."

"What?" I asked her, still half-asleep.

"He's trying to talk to you?" He asked.

"Yes, through.. through the lights."

"Mom-" Jonathan interrupted.

"I know," She said. "I know. Just watch. Will.. your brother and sister is here. Can you show him what you showed me, baby?" she said, looking around at the lights. "Please.." One light flickered lightly. She gasped. "Did you see that?"

"It's the electricity, Mom. It's-it's acting up."

"No!" she said not believing Jonathan.

"It's the same thing that fried the phone." He said to her.

"No! It is not the electricity, Jonathan. Something is going on here! Yesterday the wall-" Jonathan cut her off.

"What? What about the wall?" Jonathan asked.

"I don't know, I don't know." she shouted.

"Mom, first the lights, then the wall?" Jonathan questioned again. I couldn't stand any arguing, so I went to my bedroom to change out of Steve's clothes. I walked back out and saw Jonathan cooking breakfast. When Jonathan and I finished eating, we decided to head to school. The ride was silent and I didn't feel like talking. We arrived and it went like a regular school day. I saw Steve with Nancy at her locker. I overheard them talking about something. About how she thought everyone's staring at her. I grabbed my things, and headed to my class. Class was normal. It went by pretty fast today, compared to the last couple of days. The last bell of the day finally rang. So I headed back to Jonathan's car to go home. I met up with Jonathan walking to his car. We both looked up and saw Steve, some girl, Carol, and Tommy at the back of his car. Steve stood up from the trunk where he was sitting.

"Hey, man. Y/n." He greeted us.

"What's going on?" Jonathan asked them.

"Nicole here was, uh, telling us about your work." Steve said to Jonathan. I looked at Jonathan, confused.

"We've heard great things." Carol said as Tommy joined in.

"Yeah, sounds cool."

"And we'd just love to take a look. You know, as... connoisseurs of art." Steve said to Jonathan.

Jonathan sighed, "I don't know what you're talking about." He said as he tried to make his way to the driver's seat, while I stood there, dumbfolded. Tommy took his bag from Jonathan's shoulder.

Jonathan looked back to Tommy who's near me now. "Oh, no? Oh.." Steve replied sarcastically.

"Hey.." Jonathan said to Tommy as he walked his way. "Please just give me my bag."

"No, just." Tommy said before he threw his bag to Steve and stood next to him again.

"Oh, man. He is totally trembling. He must have something to hide." Steve said to the group. I had no idea what was happening. "Here we go. Ah..." Steve said as he pulled out some papers from Jonathan's bag. "Here we go." Steve looked down and started to go through them. "Oh, man."

Tommy butted in, "Let me see." Steve handed him the pictures I assume. "Dude." Carol walked over and grabbed some.

She scoffed, "Yeah, this isn't creepy at all."

Jonathan finally said something. "I was looking for my brother."

"No. No, this is called stalking." Steve said sternly to Jonathan. "He's got pictures of you too, Y/n." I looked at Steve with my eyebrows furrowed with confusion. He handed me the picture. It was when Steve stole my shoe. Nancy walked up beside me.

"What's going on?" She asked me. I didn't have time to answer.

"Here's the starring lady." Tommy said to her.

"What?"

Carol replied to her, "This creep was spying on us last night." I looked over to Jonathan, and back to the group. "He was probably going to save this one for later." She says as she handed her a picture. I glanced over to see it was her back, undressing? Oh. I looked towards the ground as Steve clicked his tongue.

"See, you can tell that he knows it was wrong, but.. Man, that's the thing about perverts.. It's hardwired into 'em." Steve said, walking over to Jonathan and glancing at me for a split second. "You know, they just can't help themselves." He ripped up the picture in his hand while staring at Jonathan. Tommy started laughing. "So.. we'll just have to take away his toy." I looked up to Steve.

"Steve." Nancy said to him.

"Steve, please." I asked him as he ignored me.

"No, please, not the camera." Jonathan pleaded as he tried to walk to Steve. Tommy stopped him from walking. Steve interrupted Tommy's action.

"No, no, wait, wait.. Tommy, Tommy. It's okay." Steve handed Jonathan his camera. "Here you go, man." Jonathan reached out to it and Steve dropped it. God, now he's back to being a douche. Jonathan just looked at the broken camera. "Come on, let's go. The game's about to start." He said, walking away.

"Boo." Tommy said to Jonathan. Then the group followed him. Carol ripped the rest of the photos as she left. Jonathan and I went down to the camera, seeing that it was completely broken. I looked over to Nancy who was looking at a ripped up photo as Steve called for her. She took a few of them before she left and she looked over to us. I glanced back to the ground and she walked off. I kept trying to talk to Jonathan, but he kept ignoring me. Finally we got into the car.

"Jonathan, could you just tell me why you took pictures of us?" I asked him for like the tenth time.

"I don't know, okay!" He shouted. "I was looking for Will, but I-I heard screaming and I thought it was Will." He told me. "And.. I don't know.." I looked out of the window. We were riding down the road when we saw Mom running towards the car. We both got out of the car and ran over to her.

"Mom?" I asked. She looked like she'd seen a ghost.

"Mom, what happened?" Jonathan asked her as we hugged her.

"It's okay mom. Hey." I told her reassuringly. We heard sirens coming down the road towards us. They dropped the news on us when we got home.
