> SUNDAY.   JUNE  30th <

I woke up to my annoying alarm clock beeping. I felt alot more tired than I was yesterday. I hit snooze and rolled over.

"C'mon wake up." I heard someone say as I was shooken. I rolled back over and it was Mom. I looked at her with a confused look, and looked over to my alarm.

"Shit." I said as I got up from my bed. I was about to be late. "Thank you for waking me mom." I said as I grabbed my outfit and long socks. "Bye, Love you!" I shouted before walking out to the door. I slipped my shoes on, grabbed my hat and walked out. Surprisingly, Steve was still waiting for me. I chuckled as I hopped in on the passenger side. "I'm surprised you waited for me." I told him.

"Yeah, I felt bad having to let you bike all the way there. So, I waited." He admitted as we drove off.

"Oh, and, uh, Steve, I'm gonna have to change in your backseat." I told him as he glanced over at me with a confused look.

"What?" He asked with a confused voice.

"Yeah, I'm not changing in those nasty bathrooms in the mall. So, I don't have many options."

"I could just pull over and let you change."

"Yeah, and when someone drives by us, they'll get a good shot of my ass. Also, we'll be even more late." I slipped my shoes off and crawled into the back seat. "People do this all the time, right? Just, don't look, simple."

"Yeah, alright." He said moving his rearview mirror away from my reflection.

"Eyes straight, Harrington." I told him as I slipped my arms out of my shirt and pulled it off. I quickly grabbed my shirt uniform and slipped it over my head. I then put my vest on. I looked up to Steve whose eyes are still on the road, but his face looked a little too pink. I then slipped my sweats off and slid on the shorts. "Okay, you're in the clear." I said climbing back to the passenger seat. I slipped on my socks and my shoes. "See? Not bad, right?" I asked him as he scoffed.

"If you say so." Not long after, we finally arrived at the Starcourt Mall. I sat my normal clothes in the backseat and I got out, I put my hat on and began walking inside with Steve. We were a little late, and we apologized to Robin, putting the blame on me. We then got to work. It was another excruciating day. I was scooping ice cream while Robin worked the cashier, and Steve was doing whatever.  Sometime throughout the day, I just finished scooping someone's ice cream and handed it to them as Robin told them to have a good day. As they walked off, Dustin approached us.

"Hi." Dustin greeted Robin and I.

"Dustin! I completely forgot." I told him. "Steve's in the back. I'll go get him, but while you wait, meet Robin." I told him as I poked my head into the window. "Hey Steve, Dustin's here." I said as he rushed out of the door.

"Henderson." He said, pointing at him as Dustin pointed back at him. Steve walked in front of the counter to greet him. "He's back!" He said, happily.

"I'm back!" Dustin said as Robin looked at them like they were crazy. "You got the job!"

"I got the job!" Steve shouted, then imitated himself playing a trumpet. Steve walked over to him and did their handshake with each other.

"How many children are you two friends with?" Robin asked as he looked at her in defeat. Steve then made Dustin an ice cream on the house and walked over to a booth and started chatting. I propped myself on the counter, waiting for customers to walk up. Some people came up and Robin took their order, and I did the scooping. As I was scooping I heard something out of nowhere.
