> WEDNESDAY.   OCTOBER  31st <

I woke up by myself this morning. I really need an alarm clock or something. I got up pretty easily this morning, compared to the other nights. I contemplated if I wanted to dress up with the boys, but I didn't feel like being made fun of today. So, I stuck with wearing a regular 'Friday the 13th' shirt. I sat it on my dresser and headed to take a shower. I got out, and changed. I walked into the living room to see Jonathan taking pictures of Will. As he finished taking pictures, he drove to school with him as I rode my bike. I parked it in the bike rack as usual, and walked inside to my locker. I grabbed my things, and walked to class. It was all normal. Later in the day, I went to the library with Nancy and Steve. It was going as usual, but Nancy was off. No doubt it was because of dinner last night. I heard her pencil lead snap as I looked back onto my paper. She got up to sharpen it, and I looked up to her to see her staring at some girl while still sharpening her pencil. I looked over to Steve, who's staring down at his notebook. I kicked his leg and he looked at me. He mouthed 'What?' at me, and I looked over to Nancy who's still in the trance. Steve looked over to her and glanced back at me and nodded. He stood up and made his way over to her. I sighed and looked back down at my paper. I saw Nancy and Steve walk away to the closet in the library. A few minutes passed and they came back. They didn't say anything, until-.

"Hey, uh, Y/n." Steve started.

"Yeah?" I said looking from my paper to him.

"So, you going to Tina's party tonight?" He asked me.

"Oh, uh. I don't know. "I looked up to Nancy. "Hey Nance, do you still want me to go?" I asked her. She looked up and nodded.

"Yeah. Of course." She said to me.

"Okay, could you pick me up again?" I said, looking back at Steve.

"Yeah. I could." He said, nodding. God that was fucking awkward.

As the last bell rang for the day, I rode my bike home and changed into something breezy and out of my normal 'style'. It was a tight white tank top, with a blue jacket and some jeans. A little while after changing, Steve finally showed up and he started to honk. I said my goodbyes to everyone and told Jonathan to show up so I wouldn't be the only loser there. I walked out of the house and got in the backseat. We got there a little earlier than I hoped. I didn't feel like getting 'sheet faced' drunk because someone had to drive them two home. As the party started getting more and more crowded, I wanted to leave. It was so disgusting there. I stayed by Nancy and Steve most of the time there. As we were standing there, the new person walked up to us after chugging beer upside down.

"We got ourselves a new Keg King, Harrington." Someone said to him. I saw Nancy walk away, and I followed her. She walked up to a bowl of something, and she asked the guy drinking it.

"What's in this?" She asked him.

"Pure fuel! Pure fuel!" He yelled as he continued drinking. She got two cups and filled them up. She handed one to me as she started drinking one. Maybe one won't hurt, right? I started to drink it as Steve grabbed it out of my hand and scolded Nancy.

"What the hell Steve?" I shouted at him.

"We're just being stupid teenagers for the night. Wasn't that the deal?" Nancy said as she grabbed the cup from his hand and handed it back to me. I looked over to Steve to see him staring down at the ground, looking defeated. I sighed and grabbed him a cup of the 'fuel'.

"Drink." I told him while handing him the cup. "I'll be the sober enough person tonight, okay?" I told him as I finished my cup and sat it down. He looked at me and sighed and started to drink. Some time has passed, and they're both sheet faced drunk. I made a vow to myself to not drink anymore. I was dancing with Nancy and Steve as I saw Jonathan talking with some girl. All of a sudden, Nancy walked off and Steve followed her. I'm the new babysitter now, aren't I? I followed them as Steve tried to stop her from getting more of the 'fuel'.
