Ray
"But I stayed here!" she screams at me, with an infinite amount of tears streaming down her face. "With your bitch ass." Summer leaves my condo, slamming the door in my face.
I pause for a second, thinking, "What did I do?"
Running after her, I get on the terrace of my condo to find that she's already gone. I look over the railing to see her running to her house.
"Summer!" I call for her. "Summer!...." I'm sorry...

THE NEXT DAY/
FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL
Okay. So, Summer and I kinda made up. I texted her and apologized and she forgave me. We FaceTimed last night until she fell asleep. When she woke up, I was still there. But she was STILL mad! I guess I do deserve it though. I didn't mean a word I said. I was just upset. I keep telling her that, but I guess my words aren't enough to convince her just yet. But they will.
I pull up to the school in my all black Ford F150 and I park directly in my cousin, the principal's, parking spot.
I hop out the truck with my Stunner Shades on. I'm too fresh. Everybody's surrounding my truck. They think I'm a bad ass because I parked here. Good. Even though I asked my cousin last night. I'm a bad ass with a bad enough record. I can't just be doing shit no more.
"Hey Ray." "How was your break Ray?" "Ray you didn't text me all break." "I missed you, baby." These are the random ass thotties. I don't say anything back. I just smile at all of them. "New truck, eh?" "You been working out, huh?" Half of em not even gay. Shaking my head.
Kenyatta runs up to me. "Hey baby."
I smirk. Kenyatta is a girl I fucked over break. It was good as fuck. No lie. "Wassup, ma. How you been doing?"
She smiles, holding her books like a little nerd. She's cute. "I'm good. You didn't text me back two days ago. Must've been busy?"
I smile. I know why. Summer. "Never too busy for you," I lie. "Text me again. I didn't get a text back from you. I was worried." Okay. So I lied. And what? Gotta keep my hoes in a line.
Kenyatta pulls out her phone and texts me.
Beep. Beep.
I pull out my phone. An unsaved number has texted me. It's Kenyatta. "There's the text I been waiting on. Alright, Kenya, baby. I gotta go, but Ima hit you up, alright?"
She nods and walks away. Lil mama bad as fuck. Wide hips, nice lips. She just a nerd, so nobody fuck with her like me.
I walk over to my crew who is posted up in front of the school jist like last school year. You got Jamie (my R. O. D. T. I. D.) A. K. A Jae, Monique A. K. A. Mo, Diamond A. K. A. Dee, Queanna, and my best friend, Miranda. All of them are studs except for Miranda, who isn't here.
"Wassup," the crew says to me. This crew is also my gang.
I throw up the okay sign over my eye. "What's good, lil bits!"
Okay. Let me break this down for you:
SQUAD INTRODUCTION

Of course there are others, but they not on the muscle like these.
SQUAD INTRODUCTION OVER
"Where's Miranda fine ass at?" I ask.
Everybody shrugs their shoulder.
"I'm right here papi!" I hear Miranda's voice. I know it from anywhere.
I turn around and there she is running to me. I catch her. "Hey, mami. How was Mexico?"
"Estaba bein (It was alright)," she says, kissing my cheek. "Et tu? (And you?)"
I roll my eyes. "Remember lil mama I was telling you about?"
She nods. "Yes." Miranda examines my face. "You fucked it up, didn't you?"
I laugh.
She hits me.
"What?" I say, rubbing where she hit.
"You can never get shit right!" She says. "You get feelings for the girl and push her away. I swear your defense been a motherfucker since--"
"Don't say it," I say, cutting my eyes at her.
"Whatever."
I squeeze her booty and put her down. "When can I get that pussy again, mami? I missed that this summer."
Miranda's eyes are no longer focused on me. They are looking at girl, getting out of a limo. She has light blue jean shorts, a peach flailing crop top, and peach sandles with Stunner Shades on and her long dark brown hair curled.
"Right after I get her.... Goddamn, mami is sexy." Miranda is drooling over her.
I look back and so are the guys.
If I didn't know any better I'd say that mystery girl was--myster girl takes off shades--"SUMMER?!"
"That's her?" Miranda asks turning around.
I nod. Woah she looks different.
Jay comes up to me. "Lil mama grew a body over night?"
I smile. "She been had that. You just couldn't see it. She had on baggy clothes that day. I been seen it."
Jay daps me. "Haaaaaaa! You tapped that, huh?"
I shake my head.
Everybody gasps. "What has gotten into you?"
I laugh. "She did. Lil mama put a spell on a nigga or something. She a virgin. Not a nigga nor a stud nor a fem has touched that pussy right there."
Miranda looks wide eyed. "I don't know how she does it."
We all laugh.
I whistle at her to get her attention. She doesn't hear me because a crowd of thirsty ass niggas and friendly ass girls surrounding her.
Of course I'm mad because I want my attention.
I go get her and pull her out.
"Get off her dick 'cause she pretty and got out a limo," I announce. "Get the fuck on with that shit!"
Summer looks up at me laughing as the crowd disperses. "Thanks. Hey."
I smile down at her. "Hey, beautiful."
She blushes and looks down, pushing a piece of stray hair behind her ear. "Stop it."
I pick her head up, holding her chin. "It's true. You're gorgeous."
"Yes. She. Is." It's Dee. Dee grabs her hand and kisses it. " Enchanté, mademoiselle."
Summer smiles. "Hi. Nice to meet you as well."
I pop Dee on her arm. "Stop googly eyeing her!"
Everybody laughs. "Introduce us!"
I sigh. "Summer, this is squad. Squad, this is mine."
Summer rolls her eyes. "My name is Summer," she corrects.
"Not for long," I tease. "But for real though. This is Q, Dee, Mo, Jay, and Miranda."
They so wave.
Summer smiles that beautiful smile and waves back. "I'm still mad at you," she says.
I nod. "I know. I'm going to fix that though."
"How?" she asks.
"I got you. Now go get your schedule, Babygirl. Ima show you around today."
Summer skips to the front door. I watch her ass in those shorts. Woo! Yes Lord!
I turn around and the whole squad looking standing in the grass while I'm on the concrete.
I snap. "Yoo Hoo! Over here."
They all look at me. "She fine as fuck."
I nod. "I know. Nobody touch her! Nobody."
"But she not yours," somebody says.
Who's this damned brave?
I look at the crowd and everybody steps to the side like "It wasn't me", but one nigga stays standing there.
"What's your name, young blood?" I ask, jumping into the grass with everybody. Everyone makes a clear path from me to him.
"J-J-James."
"Well, James," I say, putting my arms around his shoulder. "You think she sexy huh?"
He licks his lips. "Hell yea!" James thinks we cool. "And that booty? Boy!"
I laugh. "Oh really? I bet you'd tear that up, wouldn't you?"
"Hell yea!" James spanks an imaginary ass. "She'd get it ruthless!"
I laugh again for about three seconds until I push him into the concrete building hard as fuck.
He falls to the ground and everybody gasps.
I pull him up by his collar snd his feet can't touch the ground. "DONT. TOUCH. HER!" I drop him. "Got it?"
He nods vigorously.
I go back to the concrete. "And that goes for anybody. That's mine! Iight?"
That's mine.
