It's all flooding back to me. Her eyes, her hair - they all remind me of how we used to be. Even this very position chooses to recreate a the flashbacks I play in my head often. And when she whispers my name, it sends chills down her spine as other senses kick in. Ooooo, her smell.... Her taste.

All of a sudden her body jerks up quickly, her face frozen solid.

I follow her gaze only to see people watching us. That body gaurd, that agent lady, and.... Ray.

I disregard the other two when I see my sister. Happy to see her out of jail? Not at all. That might not be sisterly, but she tried to kill the girl I love and my daughter. She's a looney!

Summer creaks back over to get seat, almost paralyzed.

I roll down the window.

"Summer. Let's go." The agent lady's words are dry and emotionless. "Who needs magazine covers to see a picture of you on top of-" she looks at me, "-whoever."

Summer sits in the seat quietly. I know what's wrong. She's afraid. Obviously.

I lean over and touch her thigh. "I won't let her [Ray] hurt you."

"Fuck it, Summer. I'm not begging." Miss Stacks walks away. "Kenny. That's your responsibility."

"She's on the thirty and she's not stopping folks!" the commentator announces. "The twenty with 6 seconds on the clock. Owe, then ten. TOUCHDOOOOOWN DOLPHINS!"

Bzzzz.

"That all folks. Final score; Dolphins: 56. Visitors: 6. We are your District Champions! Thanks for coming out!"

I jog over to the student section to stand on the top for the Alma Mater. "Dou-ble. Dou-ble. Dou-ble. Dou-ble. Dou-ble. Dou-ble. Dou-ble. Dou-ble." The crowd chants my name as we play the Alma Mater.

Sophie sneaks up behind me and whispers in my ear. "I'm ready to say your name and I bet I'm louder than all of them put together." She's holding the little Asian girl's hand. They both wink at me.

I get excited and almost can't stand still during the Alma Mater. As the game clears out, the girls stay near me. People congratulate me all around, but I can't wait to get to Sophie's house. All of a sudden, I lose them.

I head to my car anyways. I'll just meet then at Sophie's house, I think as I sit in my car...

Hands crawl over my shoulder to my chest. "You ready, daddy?" Sophie's voice calls.

"Right here?" I ask.

She bites her lip. "Kitty wants you me then I do, I think." The other girl appears and now I'm racing to Sophie's house!
