Chapter 31: Her feelings

Aliah's POV

"Ali"

I turned around when Keira suddenly called me. Naglalakad kasi kami ngayon papunta sa school gym. The event is about to start at kailangan na nandun ako.

"Yeah?" bored kong sagot sa kanya. She looks serious and worried at the same time

"Nica asked me about you and Hazel. If may problema ba daw kayo. I dont know what to say"

Tumigil muna ako sa paglalakad at hinarap sya. Im confused why would Nica ask her that? At bakit di nalang sya nag direct na magtanong sakin

"When?" i asked when i faced her. napatigil na din sya sa paglalakad. lately si keira nalang ang nakakasama ko kasi umiiwas sakin si hazel

"Kanina lang. She texted me several times asking about it. Mukhang napapansin nya na yata na di natin nakakasama si Hazel" she said with her sad voice. I know she misses hazel so much. I feel bad kasi si Keira ang naiipit samin dalawa ni Hazel

"I will talk to her about that. Ako na bahala mag explain sa kanya. Dont mind it" i smiled at her to atleast light up her mood. Tumango naman sya kaya nagpatuloy na kami sa paglalakad papuntang gym.

We immediately sat down in front of the stage nung makarating kami doon. May naka set up na long table kasi dun for me and for the school admins and syempre kasama ko si Keira so sa kanya din ang isang upuan dun.

Di pa naman nag s'start yung event kaya di parin mawala sa utak ko yung sinabi ni Keira kanina. Is Nica curious? Or baka nag usap sila ni Hazel? Di ko mapigilan na alalahanin yung nangyari nung gabing yun

* Flashback *

"What is this Ali? What the fuck is the meaning of this?!" Galit na galit na bungad sakin ni Hazel nung makalabas ako sa VIP area.

I managed to get out of there kahit sobrang crowded nun after ng proposal ni Luke sakin

"I didn't know about this. Where is she? Where's Nica?" I asked worriedly. Sya ang reason kung bakit ako tumakbo dito palabas. I saw her run outside after what happened

"What? do you expect to see her here? Oh well, she's gone. She's with her senior and she's fucking crying because of you!" galit na galit na sabi ni hazel habang dinuduro pa ako.

I was so mad to myself. I didn't expect this to happen. Im so stupid. Hindi ko pinapansin yung pagmumura ni Hazel sakin kasi occupied ang utak ko dahil sa pag aalala ko kay Annica.

"Fuck you Ali. Ginawa ko lahat ng sinabi mo! I distance myself to her because you wanted to! You never let me tell her my feelings because you said she was yours! I choose to forget about it because i respect you as my bestfriend!"

She's cursing me and all pero di ko magawang magalit sa kanya. Hazel have all the rights to get mad cause what she said was true. Pinagbawalan ko syang lumapit kay Nica. I told her to forget about her feelings. My friend sacrified her feelings to gave way pero ito lang ang ginawa ko.

"Hazel that's enough" i saw keira hold hazel's arms. Sya lagi ang naiipit saming dalawa. Sya lagi ang nagsasaway pag nagkakainitan kami. I fucked up. I hurt my bestfriend and Nica. I hate myself so much

"Fuck you Ali! Fuck you and your games! You didn't hurt just Nica on this. Even me. Your fucking bestfriend! I hope you enjoy what you did" i saw some tears on her eyes before she walked away.

I have mixed emotions right now. I badly want to talk to hazel and say sorry but i can't do anything right now. My mind is still in shock on what happened earlier. Wala akong ibang maisip ngayon kundi san ko hahanapin si Nica. Knowing she's with her senior,mas lalo lang akong na eager na hanapin sya at i'explain sa kanya lahat. And most of all ay ilayo sya sa babaeng yun.
