𝓬𝓱𝓪𝓹𝓽𝓮𝓻 𝓽𝔀𝓸It was just as he expected. This party was something else. It was lavish, over the top, it had Becky written all over it and it was only as his butler was pulling up in one of his many black cars that he realized she had practically invited the entire school.
This was the party of the century.
It figured. He expected such from her, she was a popular girl, she hosted parties like this every other month.
His butler stopped the car.
"Young master," the old man spoke, "we're here."
Damian blinked, looking at the driver through the rear-view mirror.
"Come back as soon as I call you."
"Of course."
He stepped out of the car walking onto the concrete pathway into the lavish house. The outside of the manor was decorated extravagantly, the bushes were sculpted into well shaped figures. Unlike a regular person, Damian wasn't surprised at all.
He had the same thing at his house. This was the bare minimum when it came to the super wealthy.
Not even two seconds passed and he felt someone's arm wrap around his shoulder.
"You actually got here in time."
He looked over at the person beside him to see Ewen. Ewen was one of the friends he had been around since elementary, he'd overheard people in school call him one of his "minions" but Damian didn't see him that way. To Damian, he was a true friend.
Still, in this moment his physical touch was annoying him.
He rolled his eyes, "Get your arm off of me."
He pushed his arm off as he looked at him with annoyed eyes.
"Look at you," his friend sneered, "it looks like you actually put effort into your look."
Damian gave a nod, "Of course I did. I'm on a mission."
His friend smirked, "And what type of mission is that exactly?"
Damian glared at him and Ewen got the message.
They entered the manor shortly after and the inside was even more extravagant then the outside. There were servers scarcely placed around the room, with white and black accents around the manor. The staircase was decorated with silk ribbons and as soon as they walked they were sucked into the commotion that was all around them.
Classmates to the right, classmates to the left and everyone hanging out in their respective groups.
Ewen seemed to give Damian a nudge.
"I'm gonna go meet up with the other guys. Good luck."
Damian nodded, watching his friend leave him as he stood alone in the large mansion.
His feet began to move as he searched around the estate for a certain girl. He passed by multiple classmates as he walked deeper and deeper into the mansion.
Where was she? She had to be somewhere.
He earned glances from classmates around him as he walked. He was quite a popular person himself. He was known throughout the school as one of the richest kids, people around him expected him to become wildly successful when he was older.
He wasn't all that sure about if that's what he wanted to do, but it seemed he didn't have much of a choice.
He had time to think about that later, right now he needed to focus.
Anya.
Where was she?
"Look who it is."
Damian stopped walking at the voice he heard.
He turned around slowly.
Becky.
She wore a dress worthy of the Blackbell name, it was black, strapless and fashionable. She paired it with black crystal earrings that dangled from her ears and she looked at Damian smugly before frowning a bit.
"I wasn't expecting you to come," she commented, "Weren't you the one who said you hated my parties?"
Suddenly, a hand appeared on Becky's shoulder.
A second later, a pink-haired young lady was revealed to Damain's eyes.
He stopped breathing for a second.
Her pink hair fell around her shoulders, her green shining eyes looking at her friend warmly as she made her away around her.
Becky seemed to fade in the background.
Anya wore a blue dress that accentuated her eyes, earrings that seemed to match the ones he had seen on Becky, with a pair of pink heels that completed her outfit.
She spoke, looking at Becky with excited eyes, "The preparations for the-,"
She spotted Damian.
She blinked.
"Oh," her face made an unclear expression, "Damian, you came?"
"Y-Yeah," Damian scratched the back of his head awkwardly, "I...I know I said I wouldn't come but I changed my mind."
Anya nodded slowly before grabbing Becky's arm, "There's some things we need to do-,"
"Anya," Damian spoke.
...
She looked over at him.
He swallowed hard.
"Can I talk to you?"
...
"Sure, me and Becky can-,"
"Alone."
Anya tilted her head slowly, looking at him with an unreadable expression and Becky spoke.
"What are you trying to pull?" she sneered a bit, "don't tell me this is some type of joke."
Damian tried his best to ignore the other girl maintaining eye contact with Anya as best he could.
"I need to talk to you."
...
She let go of Becky's arm, "O-Okay."
