𝓬𝓱𝓪𝓹𝓽𝓮𝓻 𝓽𝔀𝓮𝓷𝓽𝔂 𝓸𝓷𝓮When Damian came over Anya was ready. As soon as she heard the knock she rushed to the front door. She swung it open and watched as her boyfriend stood right in front of her eyes.
She smiled, "You came."
"Of course," Damian replied.
Stepping inside, Damian was dragged by Anya to her room. Loid narrowed his eyes at the young gentleman and Damian acted as if he couldn't see him.
Anya led him towards her room. As soon as they were inside Anya hugged him tightly. Her eyes closed tightly as she held her lover in full desperation.
"Can you hold me please?"
Damian happily complied.
His arms embraced her with much joy, kissing her forehead as he rocked her back and forth.
His eyes gazed around her room to see it looked similar to the last time he had been there.
Anya stayed on him for quite a while and Damian rested his head on her shoulder, snuggling into her warmth.
"Anya."
"Yes?"
"Do you have any extra paint?"
Anya looked up at Damian from between his arms. She tilted her head in confusion, "Paint?"
He nodded.

The next thing Anya knew she was sitting on the floor with Damian. She sat cuddled between his legs all whilst a blank canvas was in front of her. Over the past few months, she had grown a strong disliking for painting but now that Damian was here, she decided she would give it a try again.
They were supposed to be painting a picture together but at the moment only Damian was working. The picture was already forming to be somewhat romantic. Damian had already started drawing a silhouette of the two. He outlined the two of their figures as they stood in a spring-like setting.
Anya watched as he began painting the sky above them and she smiled.
"You're almost as good as me," she said as she watched him, "you seem to know exactly what to do."
Damian nodded, "I do. I'm going to paint the left side. You paint the right."
Anya narrowed his eyes at him. Her silhouette was on the left.
"You always want to paint me..."
"Because I like you. I paint things I like."
Anya put the brush she was holding down as she watched him switch from the sky to working on her. Damian was a peculiar artist. Anya recognized the man she was with was quite literally talented at almost everything. It didn't take him long to make her image come to life.
She bit her lip.
"I do not look like that."
"You do."
Anya bit her lip. She wasn't that pretty. She could feel herself becoming flustered.
"Damian seriously."
"I'm painting you the way I see you."
"But I'm really not like that-"
"You are."
He held Anya a bit closer, "I think so at least..."
Anya waited awhile before she picked up the paintbrush.
She began to paint her half of the canvas. As Anya began to paint she slowly drifted into her own space and world. It quickly became clear who the better artist was. By the time Damian had finished, he looked over to see his girlfriend had completely overshadowed him. She was fully consumed in her art and he couldn't help but smile.
Anya looked so pretty when she was focused.
Anya immediately looked back, "You're distracting me!" she spoke out of nowhere.
Damian stiffened. He hadn't said anything.
Anya realized what she had done and she burst out laughing. Damian looked at her in extreme confusion.
Anya felt safe. She felt comforted.
She decided she would reveal the truth to him.
"Actually Damian...there's something I've neglected to tell you."
"And that is...?"
She thought for a moment. How exactly was she supposed to say this? At the moment, the only two people who knew about it were her parents. She was about to add another person to her list.
She decided to be blunt.
"I can hear thoughts."
There was silence.
"I'm sorry?"
"I can hear thoughts," Anya repeated.
Damian took a minute to process her words. He blinked a few times.
"Are you joking?"
Anya looked directly at him, "Not at all."
The two stared at each other for a moment or two.
"You don't believe me?" a tinge of disappointment leaked through her voice.
"No, I do."
"You're unsure."
Damian thought for a moment, "Yeah, I guess...no one's ever told me something like that."
Anya nodded. She understood.
"I can tell you what you're thinking about right now if you'd like."
Damian blinked.
He smirked, "Is that a challenge?"
"It's a guarantee."
A mischievous thought ran through his mind for a second before he quickly changed it to in inanimate object.
Anya responded to the mischievous thought.
She leaned close to him and placed her hands on his cheeks. Damian fell backwards so he lied flat on his back. Anya hovered over him before giving him a kiss. Soft, short and sweet, before pulling away.
Damian looked flabbergasted. He didn't think she would really do it.
He smirked, "I would've believed you if you just said 'apple' ."
Anya smiled, "I know...but I also wanted to kiss you."
The two stared at each other with a pleasent gaze for a few moments before Anya spoke, "Does it not freak you out?"
"Nothing about you freaks me out. I like everything about you Anya."
Damian smiled.
Can I have another kiss?
Anya complied placing one on his cheek.
Damian looked at her with warm eyes. She really was something.
