Tami🦋
The first week was almost over and I was already starting to get used to the university environment. My classes were okay and the lecturers taught each courses really well with precision and I understood easily. Zach and I sat together on most of our classes and he was the easiest person to bond with.. Our love for BTS just made it more easier to be good friends. Zach was really intelligent, like very smart and during one of our lectures he answered a very hard question that everyone was having a hard time guessing and his answer impressed the lecturer that much that he made him the class representative of our level..
So I was friends with the class rep of my level.. honestly cool..
He rarely talked with other people from class, mostly just me.. If you wanted to get to Zach you had to go through me, it really was amazing because all of a sudden I was popular among my mates. It wasn't like he was snobbish, he just wasn't a people person and he made it pretty clear to the class but everyone still liked him..
He was good looking, smart, from a rich family and the class rep.. who wouldn't like him?

And as for Derin, he still gave me rides every morning as promised but I always rode back to my dorm with Zach after each class. Things between Derin and I have been tense lately and I don't exactly know how to approach them without one of us snapping.. We don't really talk much, or text much. He just picks me up every morning and goes to sit someplace else while I sit with Zach..
He wasn't even the least curious about my new friend..
Although he already made some friends of his own from our level but they all looked too posh and rude to hang out with..Derin was also the most popular freshmen guys in the whole of medicine department because of his good looks and sweet personality.

I'm not exactly surprised.. he wasn't an attention seeker but the spotlight and attention never stayed far away from him.. it's been like that ever  since I've known him..
Zach was asked to create a class group chat for our level to pass across information and our class schedules. I was added and so was any other medical student who was a freshman. Our freshman orientation was coming up in a week's time and everyone was really psyched about it, it was the only thing people discussed and I was pretty curious about how it went down..

Desola explained to me that we'd play games, our seniors would talk to us and explain how to get by in the department. The lecturers we should look out for and the nice ones, she also said I'll get to know other people in the department and probably find myself a senior I'd look up to and need for anything concerning my academics..

She just had her own freshman orientation and she told me how interesting it was.. and I honestly couldn't wait for mine..

"So I was thinking we went to this cool ice cream parlor that just opened at Coleman road.." Desola said snapping me out of my thoughts..

"Yeah, I'm actually craving ice cream right now.." I said agreeing with her as she gave me a delightful smile putting on a large hoodie over her tank top..
"Let's go tami" she said picking up her purse as we both left the room together.

Today was Friday and it was currently evening as desola and I strolled side by side going to get ice cream. Desola was honestly the best roommate ever, she was neat and tidy. Very understanding and loving plus she was really funny.. We honestly go well with each other.
"So tami, who's tony?" Desola said with a teasing smile her question sincerely knocking me off guard..

"Uhn?"
"Tony?.. who's he?" She repeated..
"Oh.. uhm he's my boyfriend" I answered shyly causing her to stop in her tracks squealing happily.
"I knew it!!! I've had my suspicions for a while but I was like I'm not going to say anything until you tell me yourself but then I was soo curious" she rambled causing me to let out a short laugh..
"It's not like I didn't want to tell you, it just always slipped my mind.." I answered honestly..
