Jeongin didn't get any sleep that night. Part of him was simply confused while the other part contemplated whether or not he should go back into Chan's room and kiss him just to reassure himself that it wasn't something he actually wanted to do.

He eventually came to the conclusion that maybe he just wanted to kiss someone in that moment, anyone, it had nothing to do with feelings.

Yet that explanation also seemed a bit off.

He didn't understand why he was upset at himself for moving away. It would make things weird between him and he also didn't understand why Chan seemed to have no objections or hesitation when it came to them kissing.

There was no way Chan liked him because they had been friends for so long. Feelings for people don't just randomly develop, at least not that Jeongin was aware of.

Then again, it could simply be Chan's way of getting back at him since he had definitely been teasing him a lot lately.

If this was his way of getting back at him though, Jeongin hated him for it. He would rather take 20 final tests on courses he didn't actually take rather than try to figure out whatever was going on in his brain.

Meanwhile, Chan also didn't get any sleep that night but he never really got a proper amount of sleep anyway.

He simply hated the fact that Jeongin moved away. There was no denying the fact that he liked Jeongin, he was well aware of that fact now. Yet the younger seemed to be disgusted just from the thought of them kissing and he wished things could be different.

He decided to get up way earlier than Jeongin and went to what quickly became his usual spot in their kitchen so he could at least be productive and work on a song.

Although it wasn't the most comfortable place for him to sit, he mainly stayed there for the fact that he would receive a back hug from a sleepy Jeongin every morning.

Sadly, he didn't receive one of those this morning as when Jeongin did finally come out of his room, he went directly to their front door.

Chan heard Jisung's voice which was almost immediately cut off.

Since Jeongin had convinced himself that he only wanted to kiss Chan due to the fact that he wanted a kiss, the first thing he did when he saw Jisung was kiss him.

Chan was his friend so kissing him seemed wrong but he and Jisung kissed all the time so there was no hesitation whatsoever.

Jisung couldn't even say a word before he felt Jeongin cup his face and gently press their lips together. He relaxed a bit and of course, kissed back with a small smile.

"What was that for?" Jisung asked with a small laugh once they moved away.

"What do you mean? We always kiss," Jeongin pointed out m, giving Jisung another quick peck.

"Yeah but that was the first time you've ever initiated a kiss," Jisung pointed out.

"Maybe I just missed you," Jeongin mumbled, his words causing the boy in front of him to look at him with raised eyebrows.

"Don't catch feelings Jeongin," Jisung warned with a bit of awkward laughter though he gave him another quick kiss immediately after, "but I can't deny, that's cute."

"I won't," Jeongin promised as he grabbed the other boy's hand and pulled him inside of his apartment so he could show him around.

"Hey, Chan," Jisung greeted once they made their way into the kitchen. Chan may not have previously been able to see them but he had heard their conversation. All he could think about was how lucky Jisung is.

"Hi."

"What are you working on?" He questioned as he sat down on the stool beside him, pulling Jeongin along with him.

"Umm...I don't really know how to describe what this is, but here," he said, placing headphones over Jisung's ears, "listen to it."

Jeongin at some point ended up wrapping his arms around Jisung, placing his chin on Jisung's shoulder; exactly what he had begun to do to Chan nearly every morning.

Chan of course didn't miss the small smile that spread across the other boy's face more than he did.

He couldn't tell if Jisung was actually happy that Jeongin was being clingy or if he just liked the attention in general, but either way, he was jealous.

"Woah, it's amazing," Jisung said dramatically as he took his headphones off and handed them back to Chan.

"Thanks," Chan replied, trying not to stare at Jeongin who was definitely avoiding eye contact with him at all costs.

"Jeongin, are you sick or something?" Jisung questioned, turning his head so that their faces were inches apart as he reached up to feel his forehead.

"No, I just didn't sleep very well." The youngest explained.

"If this is what you're like when you're tired, sleepy Jeongin is my new favorite thing," Jisung replied, loving how the boy was being just as clingy as he usually is.

Chan watched simply wishing that Jisung wasn't there so that he would be the one experiencing sleepy Jeongin instead.

"Let's go take a nap then because you look like you're about to pass out," Jisung explained as he stood up.

Jeongin took a quick glance at Chan who was already staring at him with a small pout.

It somehow made him come to the conclusion that Chan did in fact like Jisung. He was only staring at him because he was jealous. He only tried to kiss Jeongin because he was jealous that he was with his crush. It didn't make sense but that's what he had decided to tell himself so he would stop thinking about it.

He and Jisung walked into his room together and the older of the two immediately later down on his bed, Jeongin pulled him closer to him when he laid down as well.

"So," Jisung began, "how long have you liked Chan?"
