Long story short, Chan ended up regretting trying to get Jeongin to answer the question as to if he liked him.

Why? Maybe because it's been a week since it happened, a week since Jeongin went on a date with the boy he met at the restaurant. In that week Chan hadn't seen or talked to Jeongin at all.

The younger wasn't coming to their dorm at all, Chan pulled more than one all-nighter waiting for him to come home to figure that out.

He also didn't receive any sort of response from what had to be hundreds of texts asking if he was okay, where he was, or if they could talk.

He was scared that he went too far.

He was terrified that this was a normal thing he now had to become used to.

Seungmin reassured that nothing bad happened to Jeongin. He had seen him around school but he, of course, refused to talk to him due to the fact he assumed Seungmin may have been part of the reason why Chan had done all of that in the first place.

Chan was quickly beginning to hate himself for making him uncomfortable.

He was beginning to think that this was normal now. Jeongin was simply never going to talk to him again.

That was until he heard a knock on their dorm bedroom at around 1 am on a Saturday.

He opened it to see the boy he had desperately wanted to talk to for weeks leaning against Jisung with another boy he hadn't seen before awkwardly standing behind them.

"Umm hi!" Jisung said with a smile, "he got drunk and as much as I love his company, I would prefer for him to not live in my dorm any longer so-" he pushed Jeongin towards him and quickly shut the door before Jeongin realized what had happened.

Chan was aware that this wasn't the first time he had drank. Yet he had also never seen or been around him while he was drunk before so he had no idea what he was going to be like.

"Woah, you're really pretty," Jeongin mumbled once he looked down a bit and made eye contact with him. "You look just like my crush."

"Do I?" Chan asked with a bit of a laugh, simply ignoring what was most likely nonsense. He could already tell that he didn't have his contacts in and without his glasses on, he probably just saw Chan as a blob.

"Yeah but good thing you aren't because I'm avoiding him." Jeognin continued as Chan lead him to his room and made him lie on the bed while he lay next to him.

He planned on staying there, simply staying until Jeongin fell asleep.

The way he was going back and forth between smiling and pouting made Chan even more intersected with how he was going to act.

"Why would you avoid your crush?"

"He doesn't like me."

"What makes you think that baby?" Chan asked in which he received a weird glare.

"I would not be the baby in this relationship."
