"I thought you didn't have a boyfriend," Chan said quietly as he and Jeongin made their way to their apartment.

"I don't have a boyfriend. Jisung and I aren't together."

"You do realize that you two act like a couple, right? Friends don't usually kiss."

"But they could," Jeongin said as he moved in front of Chan and stopped a few inches away from his face as he glanced down at Chan's eyes, "you don't seem like you would have an issue with it."

"You're so annoying," Chan mumbled as he walked past Jeongin who followed him.

"Jisung and I both find each other attractive, right?" Jeongin asked as he began to explain what their strange relationship was.

"Mhm."

"Basically, Jisung likes the attention and affection of dating someone and I just...never dated anyone before so I wanted to know what it's like."

"Then why don't you both wait until you find people that you actually like romantically then?"

"That's why we aren't officially dating because we can just call it off whenever one of us does start to like someone," Jeongin explained.

"So your friends with benefits," Chan concluded and Jeongin quickly shook his head.

"We don't sleep with each other. We just hug and sometimes kiss," he explained with a small frown.

"That's stupid."

"That we aren't friends with benefits?"

"No, it's just- you shouldn't do that stuff with someone you don't actually like."

"Chan we literally cuddle with each other all the time."

Chan didn't respond as he opened his door and went straight towards his room but Jeongin of course followed behind him and laid down on the bed next to him.

"Are you jealous?" Jeongin questioned.

"No."

"If you like Jisung I'll stop doing it. I can try and set you guys up. I'm sure he would be open to going on a date with you." He explained which just resulted in Chan becoming even more upset.

If Jeongin was trying to set him up with someone else, he truly had no feelings toward him and Chan wasn't sure what to do from there.

Sure, he could date someone else to try to get over him or maybe to see if Jeongin would get jealous at all but he didn't want to hurt anyone else just because he was hurting.

He simply had to deal with it until he began to like someone else or got over him.

"I don't like Jisung."

"Are you sure? Jisung is really pretty. He's also really nice...and really good at kissing."

"I didn't need to know that," Chan said with a small forced laugh.
