Helping Jeongin move into their dorm was definitely...something.

Jeongin didn't actually need help, he had spent what seemed like a quarter of his summer in the gym. It was beginning to seem more so like a tactic to tease Chan.

Chan went to the gym as well and was probably still equal in strength if not stronger than him but that didn't mean that he didn't stare at him. It, of course, lead to Jeongin calling him out multiple times for it but it continued to be a reoccurring situation.

Jeongin ended up helping Chan move his stuff into their dorm too...from there they kind of focused on their own rooms.

Chan's family was rich. This is why their dorm room particularly happened to be more so the size of an apartment and also why Jeongin had managed to convince their principal to let them room together too easily. All he had to do was call Chan's father.

There was a decent-sized kitchen and living room then a hallway that lead back to their rooms on separate sides of the small hallway and a bathroom at the end.

Jeongin finished putting together his room for the most part around 2 then went to see what Chan was doing.

He walked in to see Chan's dorm room looking like a smaller version of his room at home and laughed a bit at the small group of plushies in the center of his queen-sized bed.

"I'm bored," Jeongin sighed as he laid down on Chan's bed, causing the older who was putting clothes into his closet to jump slightly.

"Well, it is pretty late. Maybe you should go to sleep."

"I'm not tired."

"What do you want to do then?" Chan asked, deciding to take a break as he laid down next to Jeongin.

"I tried calling Jisung but I think he's already asleep."

"What would you and Jisung do?" Chan asked and became confused when Jeongin just awkwardly laughed and then changed the subject completely.

"How much longer do you think you'll be up for?"

"Depends on how much longer you're gonna be in here for," Chan replied.

"Am I distracting you?" Jeongin asked in a low tone, it was a simple question, not something that should have made Chan blush but it still somehow managed to.

"I- um no. I mean maybe a little bit but I don't mind. I can always finish unpacking everything tomorrow."

"Then what do you think we should do, Hyung?" Jeongin asked, using a word that was supposed to make his speech seem more formal almost in a teasing tone.

As much as Jeongin was trying to distract himself and Chan from the fact that something was off, Chan could easily tell from the way his eyes kept darting around the room and fidgeting his hands.

"Innie, are you okay?"

"Yeah, why?"

"You seem...nervous?"
