Garrett knew the minute that he bumped into her at the apartments that she was going to be someone he wanted to have around. Despite being one of the more personable members of the Chang Gang Garrett Jobless was no fool. So it came as a surprise when he introduced her to Mr K, Ramee, Vinny and Autumn. Garrett introduced her to the boys, partially so they can meet the new firecracker that moved to Los Santos and partially so he could use her to annoy them. She introduced herself as April. With bright red hair, heart shaped blush on her cheeks and an attitude of a shark he knew she would be useful to CG.
Garrett had been in the city long enough to have a sense of who could survive in this city and who would not last and he knew April would be a force to be reckoned with.
