When they got into their suite April instructed the workers to leave their luggage in the smaller room. She let go of his hand to put her hair in a bun. While the workers were busy placing everything she took off her shoes and walked around their living space. The ostentatious living room made up for the cost Ramee had to pay. On the table at the entrance sat an expensive silver vase shimmering from the light that shon on it. The large windows let in much needed light into the room. She noted how everything was meticulously placed. The room seemed large despite it being decorated with dark colors. The red scatter cushions stood out against the black couches. Whoever had given them this room must've been familiar with the pair's love for red.

As soon as the two were left alone they quietly moved to search for any listening devices or hidden cameras that could have been placed by other gangs or sneaky paparazzi that managed to bribe the employees. April had only done this once before under the direction of Miguel and Mario so she was glad Ramee was there to double check in case she missed some.
After they deemed the place safe they plopped on the expensive couches. April was comforted by the idea that Ramee would be paying for their room. The obnoxiously rich man retrieved his phone from his bedroom and called Randy.

The British man's face appeared on the screen.
"You guys finally made it. I could hear the crowd yelling your names from my room. Audience to your liking Aprilini?"
April nodded at the question being directed towards her. She knew that the crowd would be whispering their names in gossip. Those who had seen the commotion would be very curious to meet them and socialize with them. Those who had not seen them would see it on their twatter timeline or gossip sites.

Randy had informed them that the gang would be meeting at 7pm for dinner and the actual auction and gala would be on the Saturday. He also said that K and Garrett would have a meeting with one of the Italian gang leaders while the gala was happening so that their presence wouldn't be missed too much. Today was just a day of socializing and advertising their businesses.

At 5pm April was woken up by a rapid knock on the door. The redhead was not a fan of waking up early in the morning and she had to do that as well as travel long distance in the same day. Sure, she might have not been driving but she was tired nonetheless. The knocking increased in speed and volume. Who could have needed them so urgently?

"I got it." Ramee said gruffly to the girl laying on the couch. The two had fallen asleep in the living room as soon as the ended the call with Randy. They had a long day with the traveling and walking around the mall for a few hours.
"Open the door!" An impatient feminine voice could be heard.

When he finally opened the door he revealed Mari Posa whose hand was in the air, mid-knock.

"What." Ramee said to the woman.

Mari pushed past the sleepy man and into the luxurious suite. The interior designer examined their room and let out a long hum. "Not bad I guess." She said after looking at one of the bathrooms. After her inspection she turned to the two and told them the reason why she came. She had wanted to tell Ramee which suit to wear and inform April that she had hired a make up team to handle her looks for the weekend. The woman thanked her friend for looking out for her. April couldn't have been bothered to do her makeup and hair but she knew how important this event was to the gang.

During their car ride to the hotel Ramee told April that the reason they were even attending the event in the first place was because of Garrett. Garrett had been longtime friends with the organizer of the event. Mr Bradshaw, the ugly fat fuck (according to Ramee) was celebrating his 60th birthday party and was feeling charitable. He told the press that he wanted to gather the richest people in the city to donate to as many hungry orphans as they could. April was told by her mentor that the old fuck had been lying and only the money made from Friday would be donated. The money gained on the Saturday from the auction went straight into his pockets. April had been aware of the gala for a while and had managed to get La Chein to sell her a vintage dress for it. She just wasn't aware that it would be a three day affair that involved CG scheming. Ramee also shared that besides the product they wanted to sell to some of the guests they had planned to rob the guests when they left. CG didn't do charity and with so many wealthy people present they could not resist.
