Louis's Pov
Me, Lottie and Harry spent the whole day catching up on each other. I greatly missed my sister and her best friend, Harry. When I saw him, I couldn't believe my eyes at the Greek God looking man who came out, calling Lottie's name.
Harry had changed so much. He grew out his hair, he looked like he started exercising and he grew into his face and had a growth spurt because now he was a good couple inches taller than me. He looked absolutely amazing.
And his voice...don't get me started on his voice.
I mean, I couldn't deny it before I had a crush on the little lad before I had left. I was never sure of my feelings but now that I'm back, my feelings were still there. He was still the shy, adorable and cute lad I knew.
And every time, I'm around him, my mark glows.
My soulmate mark, one that everyone gets when they're young, between the time they were born til they turned ten. I had gotten mine when I turned eight. It appeared while I was babysitting Lottie and Harry when they were only six and my other sister, Fizzy, when she was three.
A deep emerald swirl curled around my wrist. It freaked me out back then and I had waited for my mum to come back home before asking about it.
She told me it was the eye color of my soulmate and it would glow brightly like a beacon when you found your soulmate and your soulmate's mark would glow brightly too.
But whenever I'm around Harry, my mark wouldn't glow as brightly as my mum described. It would only glow in a dim light and pulse around my wrist. But I never saw his mark glow...
To think of it, I never seen a mark on him.
I never questioned him about it, though, even though it kicked at my curiosity. But I was certain, and I was ready to prove it, that he was my soulmate.
When we were done catching up over the two quick years, Harry was busy with a customer when I thought of an idea that I thought could help get me closer to Harry and would be fun for all of us.
When the customer got what they wanted and left, I spoke up. "Hey, how do you guys feel about going to the beach tomorrow or something? I could bring a few of my friends with me too that I want you guys to meet and I thought it could be fun!"
That got the attentions of both Harry and Lottie real quick, quick enough to where Harry shot a look to Lottie who gave one back to him in return.
I looked in between the two, not missing the panicked look that flashed over Harry's burning emerald eyes, however, Lottie was calm about it but I thought it was a bit suspicious.
"Uhm," Lottie coughed. "Is there a way to skip out on the beach thing and go somewhere else maybe?"
"Really? You don't want to go to the beach? I thought the two of you loved the beach!" I laughed it off which, from the corner of my vision, made Harry relax.
Lottie gave a smile, though it seemed a bit tight, and shrugged it off. "Eh, times have changed I guess. But we could go to Nandos? And of course, I'd like to meet some of your friends."
"Yeah," Harry jumped on the idea. "I'd like to meet them too. It could be fun."
I merely smiled at the two who seemed too quick to ditch the beach. I remembered that they both were inseparable from it...but I don't know. Maybe times did change.
"Thats good with me. We can do lunch then, yeah?" They agreed to the time. "Great! I don't wanna cut this day short but already my phone is going crazy with messages from my friends of course. And oh! I forgot to say, but I'm finding a flat down here! I want to be closer and finish college here so I'm closer to family."
