Some technical terms + Lore

It's my story so some of the terms will be new or unique, hope this will help.

I. Lycan

A hybrid between a vampire and a werewolf. Bigger than a regular werewolf even than alfas. Yes they do live forever, yes they need to consume blood but they don't need human blood, and yes they can eat normal food as well. So basically they just need to hunt more often in their wolf form. (8-10 times a month but it can be stretched out)

Lycans are one of the most powerful creatures and they are really hard to create because in order to make them the female wolf and the male vampire has to be mates(the gender is very important because female vampires can't get pregnant), and the mother usually not survives the birth, or is weakened and soon passes away.

Lycan wolfs can change their mates (usually wolfs but can be humans, it doesn't really matter when it's a vampire) to be like them (immortal & more powerful) but they can't change others. (Except Asher Blaze, but later about that)

You can't really kill a Lycan except when he/she first shifts before they drink blood. Yes silver does make them weak but its effects end there. ( I know it's a bit op but I said this is a fluff story so my babies gonna live forever and not get hurt🤗)

II. Born vampire

There are 3 born vampires and basically they are the originals. (Not the series 😉)

Obviously they are powerful but what's more important is that they are old as fxck... I mean like 6-7 thousand years.. give or take.

Let's name them because there are only three of them. (Oldest to youngest, not like that 1-2 years matter but whatever.)

So basically, lore wise it goes like this:
The Moon Goddess saw how the Sun God created humans and she also wanted to have here own creation to walk among them, but because she didn't like how the Sun Gods children died so easily, she made them more powerful and immortal. In order to achieve this, her kin needed to consume life it self, hence why vampires drink blood.
Later when She realized that her creation can't reproduce like humans do (they can change humans to vampires but not create new life) the Goddess also created Werewolves. They were still powerful but they didn't live forever, and in order to contain their powers in a "human like" body, they had shape changing abilities and a second consciousness, an inner self whom were much more closer to Her, and Her domain (Night).

III. Werewolf

They have packs, Alfas and Lunas...
If two Alfas are mated than the more powerful one will be the Alfa of the pack and the other Alfa will be the Luna.

I mean yeah... werewolfs...
Not much to say.

Oh... wait there's one more thing...
They go wild on full moons, and I mean the sexy wild. 😜

IV. Vampire

Bloodlines are the main vampire branches, there are only 3 of them.
Multiple clans can be in the same Bloodline, and a Bloodline can include multiple clans.

Clans and not packs.
Clan leaders are called Head not Alpha/Luna.

Usually when a vampire turns a human it means they became that vampire's child or at least they are in the family bloodline.
There are cases when a sire doesn't acknowledge this bond and only creates them to fill a role as a servant. (more like an assistant/employee than a slave, they do have to live together forever so vampires don't have slaves)

V. Mates

Soulmate/Mate

Werewolfs can have multiple in their lives, sometimes even at the same time... hehe...😳😉

Vampires can only have one their entire life, and they can turn them immortal but the mate doesn't gain anything else. (I mean if they are human they will obviously become vampires but if a vampire marks a wolf the wolf doesn't become a Lycan, he/she will just live forever as a wolf.)

Okey I think that is for the technical stuff, will update if there is more!

Next chapter will be a character introduction and some explanation about them as well... you'll see..
