You're aggressively scrolling through your friends list on JungleBook, a social media account you never use, but could be of good use to you as if this moment.

You promised Yua and Aizawa that you would let it go, but it was driving you crazy on the way home. A shower and doggy bathroom break later, you were sitting in the middle of your bed, looking for a particular pair of family members that just might be able to help you out with your predicament.

"Ah HA!! I FOUND YOU!!" You yelled excitedly and pointed to your phone and talked to Artemis who was absolutely feeding off of your energy, Apollo just looked annoyed that you woke him up.

"Look Artie! Auntie Hana and Uncle Habu, they still live right outside of Hosu. Should we take a trip this weekend?" she barked and began running circles around the ground. Apollo huffed and walked out of the room, he'll comeback when she is fast asleep.

"Hmmm, the question is, how will we get past Shouta and Yua without them catching on?" You dug a little through your relatives pages to see if you could find anything to justify your cause, but you found nothing. You groaned in frustration. This might just have to be a morning problem.

You woke up with a heavy weight on your chest. You opened your eyes to see Artemis' bottom half sprawled across you. You half smiled and moved her as carefully as you can so you don't wake her, then tiptoe to the bathroom.

While you were brushing your teeth, your phone begins to ring. You take a look at it and then immediately spit and rinse your mouth to answer the call in time.

"Hey, [y/n]"

"Detective! Hi!"

"How are things?"

"Good, good. Just getting ready for the day."

"Oh, is this a bad time? I can call again later"

"No, no. This is a great time actually"

"Alright, well I'm calling because we did promise you an update on the USJ incident."

"Yes, of course" it had been quite some time since the USJ incident and while you occasionally got a text or two from Detective Naomasa, he hasn't called you. So there must be some kind of break in the case.

"There have been recent developments, and up to this point, we have some suspects, but we can't find any information on them. At the site, we captured 72 villains, including one that we have identified as 'Nomu'"

"Have you talked to Nomu at all?"

"We've tried, however, he's non-responsive"

"Interesting...Detective, I would love to offer my assistance in anyway I can. You can even look up my file and give it to your supervisors if that'll help give me some credibility."

"I'm afraid I've already jumped the gun and looked up your file, [y/n]. If you wouldn't mind coming down to the stati-"

"-I'll be there in an hour."

It would be a little foolish to say that part of you missed the station. The kids at UA need you, some of them even rely on you to get through the week, so you never had it in your heart to pick up and go back. But the whole process of interrogation was exhilarating to you, and not just because that's where your powers really shine.

You walked into the bustling police station. It was fairly early in the morning, so some officers were starting their day, and some were just ending it.

"Bet you didn't miss those overnight shifts, huh?" Naomasa said as he approached you. He saw the way you were looking at the sleepy policemen making their way to the locker rooms.

"Absolutely not. I'm grateful for my schedule, it means I can go to sleep early like the grandma I'm starting to become" you shook his hand and he led you to what you assume was his office. It was pristine and tranquil compared to the mess outside. "Nice place" you mumbled.

"Did you say something?"

"Huh? Oh, I just like how peaceful it feels in here."

"Ah, well, I deal with a lot of violence so I try to keep as much peace around me as possible"

"I know exactly what you mean. I am-um-was the same way." He smiled and motioned for you to have a seat while he leaned on his desk. He was cute, but definitely lacked the scruffy, brooding charm that Shouta had. He reached over his desk and grabbed a folder.

"I have the case file we've compiled this far. Sorry it's not much" it was about 2 pages long and it just had Nomu's descriptions and a list of convicts.

"What's this list for?"

"Those are our perps from USJ. Most of them third rate thugs, we know their background. However, they've all sworn allegiance to this Tomura Shigaraki and Kurogiri, but we still have yet to find any information on them. Nomu is our closest lead."

"And that's where I come in?"

"Yes. We're still waiting to hear back from DNA analysis, so any insight you could give us in the meantime would be great."

"Naomasa, I think I should remind you that with my quirk there some things that I can do were limited due to ethical reasons. My old captain gave me limits so I didn't go overboard on the suspects.."

"We need as much information as possible, [y/n]. Anything you can get us, with minimal damage if possible." You looked up from the case file and made eye contact with the detective. You've worked with him and the department enough times to know where your limits were, definitely not meant to be used on children.

"Alright..when do we start?"
