"Ehh? Then who is the first Royal Family then?"

I asked them. I had genuinely thought the Goddess was the first Royal Family, but to learn she was the first Silverton? Did that mean I was a direct descendant of a Goddess?!

"Hmm... That's going to be—"

"Wai-wait... so this is what Virgo meant, that I'm the only one who can command you?" I cut Mini off. I could learn the origins of the royal family later; what I was curious about right now was this.

"Yes... And thus the origin of your magical golden eyes... that hold the key to unsealing Kahli," Capricorn explained.

"But why am I the only one in the family with golden eyes? Why do only specific Silverton family members have them, and why does everyone believe the Silvertons are supposed to have purple eyes?" I pressed.

"Because they inherited the eyes of the Goddess's husband – purple eyes. Those with purple eyes are believed to be talented but have less of the Goddess's genes compared to those with golden eyes," Gem explained.

"And the Golden-Eyed Silvertons are the only ones who can control us... and that's you," Capricorn stated. I blinked, trying to absorb all the new information.

Now that I knew the origin of my eyes, I had completed my goal.

So, what was I supposed to do now?

"Then, other than the key in my eyes, what other characteristics do my eyes have? Because I've heard that the Emperor wants my eyes?" I asked them, and their faces immediately contorted into horrified expressions.

"The Emperor wants your eyes?!?!" Gem and Mini both exclaimed in sync.

"How the heck did he know about the magic of it, oww—" Scorpio couldn't finish her words when Aries pinched her again.

"Control your language in front of Master."

"Fine!"

I couldn't help but smile faintly, seeing the sisterly affection between the two. It was clear that Aries took good care of Scorpio.

"If it's not rude to ask... why are there no guys among the Zodiacs?" I asked them curiously, and they all exchanged glances.

"There are guys in the Zodiacs, and the reason Aries and I are close is because she married my older brother, the Male Scorpio," Scorpio explained, and everyone agreed.

"Ahh, I see... I suppose they went out?" I asked, and all of them suddenly looked gloomy.

"Actually, they serve as a double security measure for Kahli's seal... because of Master Lila's carelessness, the key in her eyes was taken, and Kahli was almost freed by her subordinates. Luckily, it wasn't too late, and they were used to become the double seal. They haven't been seen for a hundred years," Taurus explained, glancing at Aries, who looked incredibly sad.

I shouldn't have asked.

"I'm sorry for bringing up dark times," I told Aries, who offered a small smile.

"It's fine... I've gotten used to it now, though," Aries said, but her face told a different story. She was clearly hurt, but what could they do?The world might break if Kahli were released. I needed to be careful.

"How about you, Master? Do you have anyone special in your heart?" Aquarius asked me. I could feel everyone looking at me with a glimmer of curiosity in their eyes.

I blinked, then awkwardly smiled. "Uhh... no one?" I stated, but they looked at me as if they didn't believe my words.

"Hmm... you're lying..." Mini told me, and everyone nodded in agreement.
