This one means a lot to me- because a lot of this comes from personal experience. A lot of the events in this story are not real (some are!), and none of the people are, but the emotions are all real. How the main character felt- is how I felt.
Coming out is not easy for many people, and it especially wasn't in the early 2000's.
I wanted to write- and publish- this story during Pride Month to show those who may still be in the closet or are having a really hard time accepting themselves for who they are- you are not alone.
