Riley's POV
I go to my room. Opening the door the first thing I see is a beautiful bay window overlooking the backyard. I can see the trees in the backyard and the large grass area. A small garden at the back of the house.
On the wall to my left is two doors with tv in between them. Across from the tv, my bed lay. A large frame lays with black and grey bedding lay. Around the room, a black and grey color scheme continues. A small desk is next to the window. My bag is laying on my bed.
I shut my door and walk over to the first door. A large bathroom is behind it. A shower takes up a side of the bathroom, the toilet is in a mini closet. The bathtub is against the wall next to the black marble vanity. A few decorative photos on the wall.
I shut the door and go into the other one. A large closet with shelves for my clothes and hanging spaces and a few drawers. A section has cubbies for my shoes. A small vanity with a light mirror is on near the door.
Leaving I grab my bag and set it on my bed. I take my bathroom stuff first. Setting them in my bathroom in their respective places. I take the bag to my closet. The makeup goes in my vanity. One of the drawers was made for jewelry so my necklace goes in there. Putting away the rest of my clothes the space left over is significant to the number of clothes I actually have.
Satisfied with my room I go and lay on my bed for a few minutes. Before hearing someone yell 'dinner' from downstairs. If this house is always gonna be so loud I'm gonna lose my mind. I leave my room to see my sisters leaving their room we get to the staircase before we hear the front door slam shut.
"Where the hell were you?"
"Out."
"Get your ass back here young man."
"I'm good."
When we make it to the stairs we see Blake walking up with a pissed-off expression. He sees us and pauses before walking past us down the hall.
We walk down ignoring him if he wants to be an ass so be it. WE walk into the living room to see everyone sitting down with dad rubbing his forehead. And Blake?
"How-w?" Ruby points at Blake who is sitting on the couch instead of upstairs where we just saw him.
"I'm guessing you met Jake."
"Who's Jake?"
"My twin. What thought you could be the only identical ones."
"No, but did yall just not think to tell us about this?"
"Ehh I like surprises."
They lead us to the dining room. We sit down to eat, the other twin Jake never comes down while we are there.
"Girls we do have some rules I would to tell you about." We turn our attention to William at the head of the table.
"I ask that you respect everyone. Listen to what we tell you. Always tell us when you are leaving the house for safety reasons. Since today is Tuesday you will start school next week with the twins. I expect good grades and no more fights." He looks at me as I smirk.
"Don't enter the third floor, sometimes we have to have people come over for meetings. No drugs or alcohol I don't see that being an issue but regardless. You may have boys that are friends but keep them that way, no relationships." He finishes his rules.
We nod and continue to eat our dinner.
When done we get up and make our way upstairs to our rooms. I walk into my room and decided to watch some tv. I found this show on Netflix called Criminal Minds someone told us about it a while ago and now I can watch it.
After the first season, my throat starts to feel dry. I look outside to see that it's pitch black outside. I open my door quietly admiring the lack of creaking it makes. I walk out of my room opening the door of my sisters.
They're all asleep so I walk downstairs trying to keep my steps quietly. Walking into the kitchen I see Jake sitting on the counter eating something. I walk past him finding the cabinet that has glasses.
I fill it up in the sink and take a drink. I feel him watching me but I try to ignore him. I turn around leaving the kitchen not acknowledging him.
I walk back up to my room unpausing my tv and staying awakened watching the show the rest of the night.
