Third Person POV

Ruby climbed back over the gate swinging her leg over trying not to flash her underwear to the world. At this point, she had snuck in and out of her house many times so she was no longer troubled when climbing the gate.

She was impressed that none of her family had found out about her secret. She had been feeling a little guilty about not telling her sisters. They had never kept any secret from each other and now she had a big secret. It had already been a few weeks since Riley got suspicious about her texts.

She walked towards the house avoiding the guards. Opening the door she slipped inside and shut the door slowly, wincing at the click of the lock. She had taken a step in the dark before a clearing throat caused her to jump and shriek a little.

"Hey, Ruby." They turned on the light showing Oliver sitting by the lamp with a glass of scotch. William by him with a scowl, Jessica and Blake with their eyes almost closed. Milo and Levi both tilted their heads at her. Jake clenched his fists noticing her appearance.

It wouldn't take a genius to guess what she was doing. Late hours, messy hair, one button not buttoned correctly. He had seen this too many times to be oblivious. The three sisters sat on the couch looking at her each with their own expression of disappointment, and betrayal.

"Hi, guys. W-what are you all doing up at this time?"

"Oh, you know just caching our little sister sneaking back into the house." Oliver set down his glass on the table letting a ring of water fall.

"Ruby, I'll ask this one time. Where were you?" William's tone was deadly as he sat up making himself taller.

"I-I was uh- uhm out?"

"Yeah, we gathered that." Riley stood up and walked to her sister. "How bout you tell us the truth before I get it myself."

"Uh-uh. I was telling the truth." Riley shake her head and Ryan and Rory stood up as well. They circled around her and closed in on her.

"Come on Ruby just tell the truth." Everyone was wondering what the girls were doing. Earlier Riley had seen her scale the gate and told her Dad who was talking with Oliver in the office. Everyone had been woken up so they could all have one big family talk with Ruby.

"I was te-" The girls interrupted her. Ryan hugged her arms and Rory dropped down and hugged her legs to immobilize her. Riley patted her down and found her phone in her waistband. Grabbing the phone she gripped Ruby's thumb and pushed down to unlock the phone.

With the phone unlocked the girls let her go as Riley went through her texts.

Baby: I'm here

Riley read the text out loud. She stared at her sister after looking through the other texts. Some talk about dates and sneaking out, some about hiding them.

"Still not lying."

"Fine, I was out."

"With who?"

"Bradley Cooper." She breathed in and continued, "my boyfriend."

Every brother's jaw clenched. The three sisters' jaws dropped, and Jessica and Blake were woken up completely.

"Boyfriend?" Rory asked her quietly, not wanting to believe that she kept this from them.

"How long have you had this boyfriend?" Ryan asked her.

"Two months now."

"When were you gonna tell us?"

"I'm not sure, but I was gonna tell you guys."

"Yeah before or after you got caught?" Riley got out through her gritted teeth.

"Come on he's a real nice guy. He treats me nicely and he's respectful. I really like him. Riley please." Riley shook her head and walked off setting Ruby's phone in her hand as she passed her.

"We'll talk more in the morning." William got up and went to his room. Soon everyone left the living room leaving Ruby alone.
