A LONG MYSTERY

CHAPTER TEN

""I know you watching me.." One spoke softly sending me a small hint of blush. "

I slowly wake up to myself laying on my bed in my room.

My body feels so stiff...I thought.

I lifted my body up and stretched each of my arms, I then felt a sharp pain in my neck.

"Ow.." I let out a small cry.

It then popped into my head. I all most forgot Dr.Brenner injected me with something.

Dr.Brenner injected some tracking device in me, well according to One. One must of been through this as well.

Another small flashback came to me, One suffered countless times here. Seeing all his memory's his life really sucked.

Jeez no wonder he doesn't talk much after what he suffered. Thinking of one I should see how he's doing?

Is he sleeping or is he in the rainbow room... I'm not sure, I'm not sure how long I've even slept!

I let out a small sigh as I focused on my telepathic powers as I was going to talk to him.

I looked at him through my mind, I scanned the room and spotted him on his bed. He was sleeping there so soundly.

I watched him for a bit as I layed myself down onto my bed pulling the blanket up to myself.

While I watched One I noticed a small twitch in his left eye. Huh.. is he having a bad dream I thought to myself.

Suddenly I heard a small whisper in my mind.

"I know you watching me.." One spoke softly sending me a small hint of blush.

I felt my face heat up by Ones tired voice.
How did he know that. Is he watching me? Hopefully not.

I moved into a more comfortable laying position before I used my telepathic powers again.

"Wait.. How did you know?" I muttered to him as the pink shade on my face slowly began to disappear.

I watched One turn over before I heard his reply.

"I felt it."

"Felt what?" I asked in confusion, what did you feel.

How could he know I was watching him.

"I felt your power." He responded.

I did use my power but he wouldn't just know. Is he just really powerful?

"How is your neck?" He asked which made me a little surprised.

"It's okay, it does hurt time to time." I replied.

"It'll heal soon.." He said in a mutter making a silly small smile appear onto my face.

I never knew he had a side like this, its unexpected. Since...when did he start caring a little about me.

Changing the subject I talked first.

"well...Do we go to the Rainbow room now?" I asked One since he was the only one who is capable of telling me.

"No. We sleep now." He bluntly said.

"Ive already slept though?" I tolled him.

"Yeah, you were asleep for a full day."
