CHAPTER SIXTEEN: Therapy

GRETEL'S POV

I was eating lunch with my girls from PE class nang mag yaya si Faikah lumabas tonight. This sassy girl totally knows how to party. The rest were all excited dahil gusto nilang ilabas si Radah. Nabanggit nya kasing hindi pa sya kailanman nakapasok ng bar o tumikim ng alcohol.

Radah was all in as long as we are the ones with her. We swore it would be fun.

I arrived at the club with my white satin dress so the girls saw me right away the moment I got inside. This is definitely not the first time for me to party. I know how to handle my alcohol and I am luckily good at it.

We were there early in fact. Because most of the party goers arrive by midnight so we seem done when the real party started. But the VIP ramp close to ours suddenly was occupied. Na excite ang mga girls for having company in the VIP ramp at last. Especially knowing that they are from our school's soccer team.

Wait, what? Soccer team?

I felt awkward deep inside however this can't be. Hindi ako dapat ma awkward. I threw them a glance and saw the same boys years ago except Dwight. I couldn't dare ask why though. Xelium saw me in our corner and called my attention.

"I knew it would be fun to go out tonight." he threw me a hug as if our only interaction at the gymnasium made us already close acquantances.

"I am so glad you're all here too."

Harris attempted to greet me with a hug too

"There you are babe" a chick in Harris' arms again, ladies and gentleman.

I laughed, feeling amazed about this cassanova. Xelium and I laughed so hard,

"I told you, you were his nth victim." we laughed together once again.

We all decided to join the drinks para mas masaya. It was never a good idea for me. I don't feel good being with Sanford for too long. Pero naisip ko ring kailangan ko to para mas mapaniwala ko ang sarili ko na tapos na ang lahat ng nangyari dati.

Nang lumalim na ang gabi ay kanya kanya ko nang pinasakay sa mga sundo nila ang mga kaibigan ko. I was the only one left and not drunk so I felt the need to take care of my friends. The only person left aside from me who was still sober was Sanford, Zyrus and Thor. 

Uunti nalang kami so Sanford picked up his car keys and offered me and Zyrus a ride home since Thor brought his own car. I asked them if they already wanted to go but Zyrus and Thor said they weren't done for the day yet so they invited me to stay.

"I will give them a ride home dude. You can go if you want." sabi ni Thor

 I gave Sanford a thumbs up, gesturing that I am fine being left with them since I am confident with my alcohol.

"Oh it's okay. I am staying then."

We danced as we partied with the music. They were all very fun to party. They treated me like a gentleman except for Thor who was already getting tipsy and was already being too touchy. I know how to handle drunk men and I don't easily get offended. Mga pangbubully nga dati kayo ko diba.

Hindi na binibitawan ni Thor ang kamay ko. He was the type to feel really hot when drunk so we all decided to all go home already. Zyrus presented to drive for Thor and stay at his place for the night. So I had no choice but to go with Sanford. I insisted I have a driver to fetch me pero napahiya lang ako kasi madaling araw na, hindi ko na sumasagot sa mga tawag ko si Manong Boy.

"Are you good?" he asked trying to assess kung okay lang ako sa pagiging clingy ni Thor

"Yeah, he's just drunk. He'll forget about it by tomorrow." we laughed.
