Reunion
Maaliwalas ang panahon. The waves was raging as the wind keeps blowing. It been a year after we decided to meet his family....again. Without any fears.
I was sitting alone on a wooden chair. I smiled and looked at him behind.
"Mom called me," he whispered, kissed my bare shoulder before looked at me. "She's excited to see you."
He even flew to Manila to meet some clients.
He closed his eyes. Ngumiti ako at hinalikan ang dalawa nitong mata na nakapikit.
"Magpahinga ka kaya muna sa loob. You look tired, Dion."
He opened his eyes as he heard me. He licked his lips before glance to some staff. Nasa malayo sila at may inaasikaso.
He was on his office suit, looks professional and serious for just playing someone's fingers. I chuckled. He looked at me and raise his one brow.
"Is tito coming today?" tanong nito, tinutukoy si papa.
Tumango ako. I already told papa about my plan with Dion.
"Are you okay?" tanong niya nang mapansin ang malalim kong pag-iisip.
Tumango ako. Alam kong hindi mageeskandalo si tita. Matagal na naman namin napag-usapan ito. Na nagkabalikan kami ni Dion. Wala akong narinig kay papa. Palagi naman na ganoon. Si tita nga lang ang hindi nakumbinsi. She's always been like this. I understand her. She's just too protective. We've been there. Noong namatay si Waheed, I have no friend to talk to, tita is there. Kaya naiintindihan ko iyon. At aware si Dion doon. He even told me to not force them if they don't want to see him...and his family.
I was wearing a white fluffy dress with a square neck. Hinayaan ko ang maalon kong buhok.
"We'll go out, baby..."
"Where are we going?
He smirked and nodded.
"I'll just want you to meet someone," he said in his small but hunky voice.
I frowned. What does he mean? I don't have any ideas of whom he wants me to meet.
"Sino?" I asked curiously.
"A friend?" Not even sure. "I don't want you to feel alone sometimes. I know you're struggling..." He looked down on my fingers and played it again.
