TW!

"I'm really glad you decided to take a walk with me." Emilia said as they strolled around outside.

"Yeah." Clay grunted, still thinking about George.

"So, what do you want to talk about?" She asked and pulled on his arm.

"Uhh, whatever." Clay shrugged and walked off to sit down on a bench.

Emilia giggled and followed him and sat down, "Well if you're open to talk about whatever, I have wanted to say something for a while."

Clay looked at her for a second before giving her a nod, "Sure."

She smiled happily and cleared her throat, "Well...," She twirled her brunette hair around her dainty fingers, "I just wanted to say that you are very handsome Clay, actually the most handsome boy I've ever seen."

The blonde side eyed her and huffed, "Oh, thanks."

"...and, I really like you."

Clay tensed up and looked at her, frowning, "What?"

She smiled and leaned closer to his face, intertwining their fingers, "I really-," She leaned in more, "Like-,"

Clay turned his head at the last second as she kissed him on the cheek, where his lips were a second ago.

"You."

She frowned when she realised she only kissed him on the cheek.

Clay sighed in frustration and looked away, hoping to see George walk by and get him out of the situation.

"Clay are you alright?"

The blonde looked at Emilia and shrugged, "Yeah."

She giggled to herself and grabbed his chin, "Stop playing hard to get and kiss me."

Clay's face dropped as she closed her eyes and leaned in, her breath hot against his lips.

"Dream?"

He pushed Emilia back slightly and turned his head, seeing a smiling Cecile and a shocked George.

"George-,"

The brunette didn't look his way as he excused himself from the situation and walked away.

Clay stood up quickly and ran off after him, not missing Emilia and Cecile's excited squeals.

"George!"

He stopped running when he saw the brunette sitting by a fountain, facing away from him. Clay breathed heavily as he walked slowly over to George, his hand outreached to him. As he walked closer he heard the muffled sobs coming from the boy.

His heart sank.

"George?"

The brunette froze and sat up straight, still facing away, "Go away Dream."

Clay's breaths slowed down and continued to walk closer and eventually sat down beside him. He put his hand on the brunette's back, "Geo-,"

"Don't touch me."

The blonde dropped his hand instantly and swallowed, "George-," His voice broke, "I'm sorry."

The brunette sobbed louder, "Why?"

Clay gulped, "Why what?"

George turned around to face him. Tears stained his face and his eyes were red , "Why did you let her kiss you?"

Clay shook his head, "N-no." He said instantly, "She didn't kiss me."

"Then why did I see-,"

"She was going to...," Clay admitted, "But I didn't want her too."
