June 1966
"Okay, I seriously don't know how much longer I can do this." Kye said to Josh and Clay as they packed their belongings.
"Yeah, I think I might quit soon." Josh said and pushed his chair in.
Clay rolled his eyes, "You two have been saying that for two years. I don't think you'll ever quit."
The two men looked at each other with a smile before turning to the blonde.
"Yeah you're right." Josh laughed, "I know, personally, I'm gonna be here for a while." He smiled, "And I hope for my sake you two stay as well."
"I know I will." Kye said with a shrug, "Can't leave you guys behind."
Clay picked up his car keys and scoffed, "More like no one else will be stupid enough to hire you." He walked out of the building.
"Hey! Shut up!" Kye yelled and ran with Josh to keep up with the blonde.
Clay approached his car and unlocked it. He put his briefcase and jacket in the passengers seat before getting in. He looked out the window and saw his coworkers looking at him desperately.
He sighed, "Okay, get in."
The men laughed happily and ran to the car.
"I'm in the front seat!" Josh yelled.
"Hey!"
"No one's in the front seat." The blonde said, "You two are children."
Josh huffed and got in the back seat next to Kye. They buckled their seatbelts and glared at the back of Clay's head.
"We hate you."
"Get out."
"I'm sorry...,"

"Dream!"
The blonde smiled as he walked into the restaurant. He heard his friends call out to him and walked over, feeling a sense of relief that he was able to relax.
"Hey guys." He greeted and sat down in the only vacant chair.
He was sitting next to Callahan, Zak and across from Ant. He put his suit jacket on the back of his chair and picked up the menu.
"How have you been?" Daryl asked and poured him a glass of water.
The blonde shrugged, "Uhh, I've been okay. I just got off work before coming here."
"No wonder why you look all snazzy." Daryl smiled and pushed his glasses up, "Speaking of work, Alex and Phil can't make it today."
"Oh that's annoying." Luke muttered and called the waiter over, "Can I have seven beers please?"
The waiter looked at the men on the table and nodded.
"I can't believe we're all old enough to drink." Ant commented, "I remember when we would watch baseball games and put bets on what was in people's cups, remember that?"
The friends hummed in agreement, all thinking back to the days they would watch baseball games and cheer for the Pandas.
"So, what is everyone going to order?" Dave asked and put his menu down, "Uhh, I would prefer it if no one ordered anything that includes pig."
"Why? Are you allergic?" Clay asked.
"No." Dave clicked his tongue, "It's more of a personal reason."
Everyone looked at the man in confusion but shrugged, agreeing to his wish.
"Uhh, okay, someone get the waiter."
