"Aaah I'm so pissed!! Screw that tiny, red tyrant! Does he think he's the Queen of Hearts or something?" Ace kicked at the floor, throwing up some dirt as he expressed his frustration and gnashed his teeth. It was childish but he wanted to wring the painted rose bush next to him until it was nothing but twigs and a pile of leaves. The pompous thing just reminded him of Riddle 'Rose'Heart. He couldn't stop seeing red both figuratively and literally wherever he went.

"I disobeyed the dorm leader and got kicked out... I'm even further from being an honours student..." Deuce lamented as he massaged the gaps between the collar where it was chaffing against his skin.

"Guuuugh, this collar is heavy, and it hurts..." Grim groaned, bopping his forehead against [Name]'s shin to pick him up again and raising a brow as she stayed quiet and didn't look back at him. Head hung low... Weird. "Henchman?"

They currently were walking through the rose garden to the exit after the 'great' time they had that was the Unbirthday Party. But Ace stopped and everyone followed as his aggravated expression flattened as he noticed [Name].

She was crying, cheeks stained from tear ducts to the edges of his lips and down her chin. Silent. But her brows were furrowed and she bit her trembling lip. Almost like she didn't want to bring attention to herself. He hadn't even noticed until now.

"[Name], hey, hey, it's okay, please don't cry," Ace's voice mellowed into a warm tone and he approached her slowly. He cupped her hands in his, like gently holding a butterfly in his palm and gave her a reassuring squeeze. She didn't look at him, focusing on how he held her hand with such a tender softness. "I don't like seeing you so sad like this... It's heartbreaking. Tell us - Tell me what's wrong."

Ace's sudden emotional change greatly confused Deuce and Grim, who peered at an angle to look at her and were momentarily stunned that she was quietly weeping. Just as Ace said.

"Henchman... I-I'm gonna cry now...Fgnnaaa..." Grim whimpered, falling onto her shoes and curling up on the onyx leather.

"[Name]... I-I didn't even know..." Deuce stammered, his brow slightly creasing as he settled a hand on her shoulder."What's wrong? Why are you crying? We're away from Riddle now, he can't shout at us anymore."

She gave a short laugh at this but her eyes still shimmered with unshed tears. "Oh, it's not that. It's... silly, really..."

Deuce's brow creased more. "I'm confused."

"You're always confused, Deuce," Ace deadpanned before softening his attitude towards his distressed friend. "It's not silly if it made you this upset..."

"I supposed that's true... But it's just never bothered me before now I think about it..."

Grim pondered for a moment, paw to cheek and squished up in thought. An exclamation mark practically shot from his head and he pointed his paw towards her. "It's Cater, right?"

Ace nearly screamed but his nostrils flared as he took a calming inhale. It didn't really sequester his rage though. "That fucking asshole!"

"ACE! Don't disrespect our upperclassmen!"
