[Name] was honestly floored that she hadn't died right then and there on the spot. Her heart was racing so fast and her mind was so overwhelmed, it felt as if 2 years had passed in a single second... Everything happened so quickly, all obscured in an opaque blur.
"WHAT?! WE'RE ALIVE?!" She shrieked, patting her torso in disbelief as she didn't succumb to Riddle's roots of destruction. Instead, the once bristled green and red roots and stems of the rose bush had evaporated into glittering card suits, floating in the air like stars. They had an array of different bright neon colours, all iridescent under the sun.
Speaking of Riddle, he was similarly taken back by this revelation, face twisted with a vicious fire in his eyes. "This is!?!"
Ace and Deuce staggered, equally as taken back as well as confused at how they were still unscathed.
"Riddle, stop now!"Their confusion was quelled as Trey stepped forward, probably the most discomposed [Name] had ever seen him. Though his stance was mostly strong, his arms were tremoring violently and his jaw was clenched so hard it could've cracked teeth. In spite of this, his voice was steady albeit heavy. For now."Trey's 'Doodle suit!?'" Cater sputtered, "Uh... What's going on?"
"The magic sealing collar is gone too!" Grim said, pointing a grey paw at Ace and Deuce's bare necks.
"I told you. My "Doodle Suit" can overwrite anything for a short period of time," Trey promptly explained, brow lowering as he gazed intensely at Riddle. Not daring to move his eyes for even a second. [Name] speculated he must need his total concentration to nullify Riddle's Unique. "So... I overwrote "Riddle's magic" into "my magic"."
"I told you Doodle Suit was powerful!" [Name] encouraged.
"You're kidding..." Cater stared wide-eyed, mouth dropping that Trey, in fact, was not kidding. "Deadass?! That's a cheat!"
"Keh! Off with their heads! When I have your heads! " Riddle seethed, releasing a high and fierce whish of air through his bared teeth. Nostrils practically flaring and breathing harsh, he began to hazardously sling his magic pen to and fro, bursts of intense bright magic surging from the crystal only to pop into the colourful spades, diamonds, hearts and clubs respectively. At each swing, Trey flinched but remained steadfast with Doodle Suit. Riddle reeled backwards and was unable to contain his frustration with a yell, even still unrelenting with his magic. "Why won't anything but card suits appear!?""Riddle, stop this. If you go any further you will lose everything! Look at everyone's faces!" Trey attempted, motioning with a sweep of his arm around them.
And for that brief moment, Riddle lowered his wand. Sparks of magic still crackling from the tip.
Among the myriad of hiding places, whether behind maze hedges, rose bushes or many other spaces to hide from Riddle's wrath, Heartslabyul students could be seen cowering. They were muttering. In fear. In judgement.
"W-was he seriously going through with it...""He went way too far...""A m-monster..."
"Huh...? Trey overwrote my magic...? Does that mean your magic surpasses mine?" Riddle questioned. Each syllable was shaking with a cyclone of emotions and his clawed gloved hands trembled wildly as he looked at them with dilated pupils.
