( Sorry that took a while, I was working on other things, I also had a bit of writer's block. I'll try to make the next chapter longer.)
Levi watched Eren and I was we shot our cords up into the trees. I began to be airborne and landed up on a high branch. ' I wonder what Levi has planned for us.' I thought looking far out into the distant sky. I could see dark clouds slowly approach just like Hange said. I was a bit worried.
"Eren, ____! Do a couple of laps. I will observe from a distance. If your performance is lacking I will change up my training for you." Levi called up to us from near the ground.
I glanced down at Levi, into his grey eyes. Then nod my head. "Let's go Eren, at least there aren't any titans here. Plus we can talk a bit while we move."
"Right, but you seem worried. Why is that?" Eren asked as we shot up into the air again.
"Look into the distance, there are dark skies coming...just as Hange said. Levi doesn't seem to notice." It wasn't like him not to notice anything.
(One hour later)
My body began to burn. I needed to stop to rest. I landed on a branch and dropped to my knees to breathe.
*ZZZP* I heard the sound of the cords retracting. Eren landed beside me. "___?" He looked at my tired form. "I'm alright...just tired. Is Levi here?"
Eren shook his head. "Noo.., we left him behind remember? He said he needed to check something."
I felt cooler hair begin to blast us in the trees. It made me shiver. "Hange's prediction is right.., the storm is just about here." I looked up seeing Eren glance at the sky.
'Levi, where did you go alone?'
