I can hear your voice, but can't see your face.

"Wahhh...! this is soo nice! I can't believe I made it." I stretched out my one arm. I was soo happy it was crazy from such a simple thing. I beamed from up on the tree. Knowing coming down was a problem for later. I looked back at the castle home we had out here.

​​​​​​​"...tch of course." It was blurry from here, but not as bad as once face. 'Ugh...stupid eye.' I touched my head where the bandage was around my head. I must've looked soo dumb with this on. A sickly skinny me. Not even a titan would want to eat me. "Well maybe..." I said outloud. They didn't really care who looked like what, evil, nice, pretty looking all of us were food to them.

"....I can't wait to start training.....again...........I won't feel so useless."

"Huh...??!" I blinked from a familiar voice that spoke near me. There was no one up in the tree with me. I didn't see anyone ahead of me not even a outline. I looked down to my side. 'There...' My eyes locked down onto a blurry figure below. 'C-crap...w-who is that??' I didn't want them to know I was having a hard time seeing.

"Hello..." I greeting trying to snuff out who's voice that was. "This is new, you usually say my name after."

'OH!' My eyes snap wide. "EREN!" I shout. Making the figure jump. "Haha yes its me. How did you get up there??"

"Ahhh somehow even I don't know how. It was fun trying." I felt like I was talking to a cloud or something. It was strange, I couldn't see his face. Everyone's figure basically looked the same from the distance, especially when they are all wearing the uniform.

"I bought something you could eat." "Well......is there a way I don't have to move? I kinda like being up here."

Eren chuckled at me. "Sure, I'll bring it up. It's not soup or anything."

"Oh are you sure? I mean I can't really move." I felt stupid, and bad for making him climb up with me.

"Nope..!" Suddenly he popped up next to me on a lower branch. "See, there is another branch."

I never thought I'd be this happy to see him emerald eyes again. I didn't feel so blind now that he was so close. Sitting down on the branch slightly lower than mine. Eren hands me a container. "Here I thought this would be better than water."

"N-not water..?" I took the container, and looked into it. It smelt nice, but I couldn't tell till my lips touched the rim, and I tilted the liquid into my mouth.

Tea

no doubt about it. "Wow...this is soo good." *Gulps again*

A slightly red dusted Eren's face. "Ah...thanks. I heard you liked sweet tea at times." I looked ahead will drinking the warm tea, it was soo good. "Hows your wound?"

"Oh that." *Points to eye bandaged* "It doesn't hurt or anything, just a pain to have there." I looked down seeing only part of Eren's face. He seemed to have a fake half smile.

"I see. Thats good then." He...was trying to hold it in, his sadness.

"Yup! so don't worry." I gulp more tea.When suddenly I realised that this tasted like black tea. This was Levi's favourite. Until I see something red held up to my face. Then it hit me, it was a red apple.

"!W-what...!Eren how did you get this!?" I gawked at the fruit. It was basically impossible to get these in the area. "Ah..., well where I was today for my mission. I saw a villager in a small area where only a few lived selling them. So I bought them."

"How on earth..did you manage to get these even here. Levi would lose his mind if he saw you hiding a apple." Eren bought me a apple, a tasty looking one with what little money he had. Crap...this stung my side. He was too kind.....

"Not just one, but a bag full."

"W-HA!-"

"Quiet..!.."Eren shoved it closer to me. "Okay...?" He averted his eyes. Still holding the apple in his palm. ".....thanks..so much..." I take the apple.

"You will get one twice a day, till I run out. I asked the villager for advice. She said that this could help heal one faster."

*Crunch...* I bit into it. It was perfect, and sweet just like Eren's personality. '..s-shut up....brain please...' I didn't want to blush...in front of him.

"I promise not to say a word." I kept on eating the apple. Little did we know Erwin was watching us from his office. Well he was on his little break of paper work.

Erwin's Mind:( Good thinking Eren) Erwin slightly smiled. The blonde knew I needed this, and it was a good thing. He would let it slide past him like it never happened. It took them a while to gain my trust, and he wanted to keep it that way.

That night Eren came to my room, and gave me another apple to eat. He quietly waited at my bed side till I ate it. So I could give him the core, so he could throw it out without anyone realising it. However,this time was different.

*SSSSzzzzh...* A sound came near my window, as two thumps where heard.

"!?" I froze, in bed with the half bitten apple. Eren help up a arm to silence me. His emerald eyes sharply scanning the room.

"Relax...Eren. It's just me." A low whisper came into the room. A figured stepped in through the window. It was Mikasa I could tell by her voice.

"Oh...hello." Eren blinked.

"It's fine. I just came to visit. I know about the apple. I saw you carrying it, but I won't say a word." She turned to me. "I hope you get well soon. I know we don't talk much, but I personally wanted to say...."

Suddenly Mikasa bowed to her head down to me. My eyes widen in shock. "!! M-.mi" She cuts me off.

"Thank You for helping with Eren, when he was in titan form."​​​​​​​ I couldn't believe my eyes. She was thanking me. "Ah..it was nothing. No need to thank me."

'No, you deserve it. It's been a while since he held himself together, and calm in titan form. Hes become much more calm..., and gentle. I'm also saying....thanks for trusting him, and being so nice to him."

"Mikasa......I..I'm glad I could help. I know now he means no harm, even if he loses it, hes still Eren."

"Please, if I'm not there. Keep helping him." I nod my head, as she looked up at me. "Hey...! hes my friend too. So why wouldn't I." I smiled.

​​​​​​​While Eren was speechless, trying like mad to hold back a blush. " I'll burn the apple core for you if you want. So it will be more easy for Eren to leave in case if anyone is in the halls."

"Okay thanks." I had her the apple core. With that Mikasa left through my window with her gear, gone to dispose of the core in the fire. Since a few cadets where sitting watching the stars around the fire in peace.

The truth was It was fun seeing Eren in titan form. He was sooo tall! and even if it was him, he still seemed to have this cool vibe around him. Mikasa also now trusted me with him so I didn't want to disappoint them.

"So Eren...?"

"Ahy-yeah?" He blinked, snapping out of his trance. " I wanna come train tomorrow. Could you possible tell Hanji to talk Levi into letting me go too?"

"I'll try. Are you sure though?"
