Titan's Heart Part 8

🌸{ Hello Everyone! I'm back to update sorry for being gone for a week, and few days. I was at my convention. ( Anime North) It was soo much fun. I have recently posted all my cosplay pictures. I thought you all might be interesting in seeing them. Here :) I was Levi, and Mikasa. }🌺

*Thump....thump....thud, thud*

I could hear my heartbeat mix with the steps of the Titan Eren. It was weird, but something I didn't hate. It was pitch black around me. I was blind......from keeping my eyes shut. Mike's words of promise left me with a weird feeling, like I had to do this. I knew I was with Eren know, and I was safe since I trusted him with my life now. Still....I wish I could see.

As soon as I get back I wanted to apologise to Levi, Erwin, and the others to no end for causing them this trouble. I felt my heart sink. Levi didn't deserve anymore stress, he wasn't all bad at all. Deep down he cared.

I tried my luck out.

"....E-Eren....?" 'Crap...my voice sounds awful, and disgusting.' It was as if something was clogging my throat.

"..Mnnngh?" I heard a gentle low tone reply to me.

"!!" My heart fluttered at the reply, he really was listening. I felt warm not the cold rainy weather, meaning I must be either held by Eren, and was sitting in his hand on something like that. "..I'm sorry..., about what I said."

Everything went quiet.

{Flash Back}

It was still fresh in my memory. The way the ground moved, the movements or it.*Thump.....thump.....thump...* It took large....slow steps. It was pretty tall, but didn't reach the height of the tree I was up in. Still That didn't mean they couldn't reach me from up here. The worst part was I couldn't move. My gear basically stopped working. 'Fffft.....I hate this...'

From behind those giant emerald eyes, Eren stood in shock of his half asleep state, as he looked up from where he stood, there I was sitting in pure horror on a tree branch that a titan could break easy if wanting to.

_____shook her head, and focused her eyes sharply on me. One hand on the side of the trunk, and her back painfully slammed against it. With knees pulled up to her worried face.

It hurt me....seeing her like this. I tried to hard to approach slowly, still something sunk into me. Why??

I watched her blink her tired eyes, that left me with a icy look. It resembled something like Levi's.

Carefully I looked around trying to see if it was only us. Then back up at her. 'Does she not see me? Is something wrong with my face?'

She looked at me still with those sharp icy eyes with question. I bit my lip inside my titan form. ' I better be careful...' Her blades slammed into the side's of the tree below her was proof enough that she was through hell.'.....____.' I called inside my mind. I took another step forward.

"Mnnnnngh...." I tried my best to keep a low, not hostile voice come out of me. She still had a blade left hidden, if she wanted she could of stabbed me for all I knew. ' I wonder if she realises its me. I mean she has to right? Any other titan could attack her with ease.' At least that was what Eren thought to himself. ____'s eyes narrowed at me, guessing try to get me in focus.

Trying not to be too forward, but also wanted to spare her from more worries, I took a larger step forward, and now our face's and eyes locked on each other.

'C-crap..!' Eren cursed. Seeing her eyes widen in pure horror. I could literally feel her heartbeat rise from the animal like hearing, and senses I had as a titan. Her breathing became ragged, as her pulse rose. I blew out with sadness, having steam rise from my lipless jaws. "Mnngh..."(_____....) I spoke to her with my titan voice. Hopping to get her to calm down. This wasn't healthy to be so scared. I slowly....began to reach my hand out, just to touch the top of her head, with one finger. It was all I could do to have her trust me.

"N-no..! st-stay away." She breathed out heavy. It stung like arrows that pierced me for hours. She shook with terror. I stopped. I felt my large titan hands When It's hand suddenly stopped. Now this worried me. Something was wrong. 'B-but...why is she acting like this? Can't...she see it's me?'

"Y-yeah that's it! b-back off!. I'm unarmed, I can't make a fun game for you. You enjoy playing games with us right? before you eat us. So it wouldn't be fair, to just suddenly grab us." She yelled back at my face. I stood their in shock. I couldn't even begin picking up the pieces of my heart for I would miss them. 'S-she...really...doesn't know it's me....' This haunted Eren, did she forget him. Did something happen to hit her head, and now know who he was?

"Mmmmghhff." (_____, its me. Eren, don't you remember m-me?) I called out to her...sadly. Of course she couldn't understand me. I tried to move again till her shout made me freeze.

"Hey! I'm warning you! I'll make you a deal, if I can get off here alive. I'll play the game of life, and death? how does that sound?"

"!!!!" Eren felt his heart skip a beat. 'S-she thinks I'm a murderer, a dangerous titan, danger to them all.' All Eren wanted to do was to call out to her, hug ____, and say its him. 'N-no! _____, I'm n-not...' Eren didn't know what to think, only to try, and shee what was causing me to be so vial, and icy. This made no sense.

{Flash Back End}

'...........' Eren walked down the forest path, with me in his gentle, and safe grasp. He couldn't dare to loose me again, or Levi would have his head.

"....mnngh..." ( ....I forgive you......) Eren replied as a titan. Even though he couldn't truly put his feelings out there with words. 'Her...eyes...' He thought to himself. They were injured, and she had no hope in walking alone.

"I guess....that means...you don't hate me." I said in between tired words. I tried so hard to not sleep, I forced myself awake, until I could hear the voice of Levi, to know I was safe. I was too stressed to sleep. "...s-sorry...Eren.....guess my vision wasn't clear enough. I should of realise it was you, as soon as I saw you wouldn't eat me. I was stupid." I mumbled to myself.

'No _____ your not stupid. You were scared..., and I don't blame you.' Eren spoke inside his mind, concentrating on getting me back to the others safe.

I waited there quietly till we arrived. There was much more I had to do once I was on open ground. 'I wonder if I could even hold myself up anymore.'
